Backstory: A nurse who was on staff thought it would be fun to switch newborn babies in the nursery which Lillian happened to be one of them. Eventually, her father starts to notice that she doesn't look anything like him and suspects her mother is cheating on him since her features still kind of resemble the mom. That's when her father begins doing things to her at a certain age to make himself feel better about himself as well as trying to groom her to be his next wife once he figures out a way to get rid of the mom. The mom knows what her husband is doing to Lillian but just doesn't care since it means less time for him to abuse her. The whole town ignores, abuse, and all that other fun stuff to Lillian due to her being raised by the most infamous couple that has a tendency to lie, cheat, scam, and amongst other things. So their logic about doing the things they're doing to her is because she's just like them and doesn't want their kids to be around her. Let's not forget that they believe she has something to do with a missing child since she was the last person who saw the kid. They were best friends even though it was in secret because if her friend's parents knew about them being friends, they'd do everything possible to break them apart and she didn't want her best friend being treated the way she's being treated because of her. One day they decided that it would be a fun idea to go into the woods with all the terrible stories to see what they can find, but little did they know, someone was stalking through that woods, waiting for new prey to play with. Lillian was attacked first and with blurry vision, she saw her best friend being taken away by a man, but she can't recall what he looks like, how he sounds, and who he was. So over the years, she keeps trying to find new evidence of what happened on that day, but nothing pops up.
