~Eddie's POV~
It's a few months after the losers and I killed that clown down in that sewer. I still can't get over the fact that all of it is finally over. That I don't have to look over my shoulder, worrying that some weird, goofy, creepy clown will try to kill me. Wow, science class is so damn boring. I wish I could just get out of this school and go home. Actually, no, I wish I could go down to the arcade. Honestly, I don't wanna go home right now because my Mommy's there and I don't wanna deal with her right now. Richie is in Math class, I wish we could go and play games together. Hell, it would be far more fun than this class.

~Eddie's POV~
FINALLY. I can leave this boring ass class and hang out with the losers.

~Narrator~
Eddie walks out of the classroom and looks down the hall to see Richie standing there looking back at him. Richie walks up to Eddie after shuffling through a crowd of students that walk down the hall, trying to get home.
"Hey Eds, how did class go?" Richie asked with a joking tone, knowing he was bored.
"Boring as hell. I just wanna go to the arcade at this point. Hey, you wanna come?" Eddie asked.
"Are you asking me on a date? I didn't know it was like that!" Richie said, not being able to contain his laughter.
Eddie starts to blush.
"You know what, forget it, I'm going home" Eddie says while speedily walking away.
"Eddie, wait it was just a joke!"
Richie knew Eddie was just gonna go to the arcade anyway, so he decided to grab his bike and head to the arcade.

~Richie's POV~
Ed's is so sensitive. But, I know he isn't genuinely mad at me, right? No, he isn't. Or at least I hope so 'cause I don't wanna see him upset with me. It always makes me feel like an asshole when he is mad at me but sometime I like when he gets frustrated after some of my stupid jokes. Sometimes it's kinda funny to see him like that. But it's weird, he seemed to be...blushing? Maybe my eyes are fucking with me. I mean, I do have to wear glasses so I wouldn't be surprised.

~Narrator~
Richie finally gets to the arcade and sees that Eddie is the only one there besides two other people. As Richie is walking in, Eddie doesn't seems surprised to see him. Richie looks at Eddie and it looks like he's been crying. Eddie's eyes are slightly red and he has a remaining tear on his left eye.
"Eddie, have you been...crying?" Richie whispers.
"No!" Eddie says finally wiping away that last tear.
"Eds I am so so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you."
"Just go. I'm not hurt by some stupid words."
Rickie wraps his arms around Eddie and gives him the warmest, loving hug.
"I'm sorry. I never like to see you cry." Richie says while still hugging Eddie.
Richie starts to tear up a bit from feeling truly awful that he made his best friend feel this way.
Eddie finally hugs back and they leave the arcade. Richie decides that he will treat his friend to some sloppy joes from the diner to cheer him.
———————————————————————————
~Eddie's POV~
I'm kinda embarrassed that Richie has to come all the way to the arcade to say he was sorry. He such a good friend. Damn, I'm such a little bitch! I was crying in an arcade because Richie made a joke and he didn't even make fun of me for it. I should be the one treating him to some food from the diner not the other way around. He is being so nice to me. Why? I was being annoying and I know that he knows that. Or at least I think he does. Why was I even crying? It's not like it hurt my feelings THAT bad. And the biggest question of all is, why was I blushing?
