Episode one- Scene one

*Pak* a loud slap sound was heard. "How dare you?" asked Mrs. Emma Norton who slapped Masha on her cheek.

Narrator:

It all began on the first Monday of the new semester. The students were all excited for the module "Packaging design" as it sounded promising and interesting.

Scene one:

Khalid, Aaliyah, Aydin, Masha and Jessica meet at la Gare du Nord port-Louis.

Khalid: What's up guys? sorry for making you wait...

Aydin: Are you kidding? You made us wait a whole 10 mins.

Khalid: Yeah... Shut up, it's only 10 mins, anyway ready for the new semester, fresh new module?

Aydin: 10 mins is a lot...

Masha: Drop it. Yes we are ready I suppose... I already feel like going back home if our lecturer is Andrew or Sabaki.

Jessica: I agree.

Khalid: Guys here's the thing, I heard we will have a new lecturer for this module, it is Mrs. Emma Norton, apparently she's a very good teacher. I think it is worthy to look forward to it.

Aaliyah: I hope so, I am so sleepy, why do we have to wake up so early, we take the bus so early and we are stuck in the bad traffic. Teachers don't understand our struggles as they come driving in their luxury cars, those fools.

call from Anjali to Khalid

Khalid: Hey Anjali how are you? rare for you to call me so early in the morning! Did you miss me?

Anjali: I want to puke already. Anyway guys check the group chat, it says Emma won't make it to the lecture as her husband is sick, poor her, so we won't have classes but she sent an attachment, that is the assignment brief and then asked us to do something irrelevant to the actual assignment. This is nuts, Mia and I are already at the bus stop there. What do we do? I had to wake up at three.

Khalid: Calm down, since you two are already there, let's go to a nearby café? How about Miss Daisy? Wait for us there, we are about to board the bus to Rose-hill.

Anjali: Okay bye-bye.

Khalid: Bye.

Masha: That was Anjali right? What's the matter?

Khalid: Guys it's awful. Basically we can't attend the lecture since the lecturer herself won't be present, she sent a message on the group chat.

Aaliyah: Excuse me? Where did she get our numbers and who added her on the group chat? We don't even know what she looks like. Suspicious much?

Khalid: Yeah check the group chat, looks like Sabaki added her so she could relay this message to us.

Masha: I nearly thought it was Cece and Stefany pulling their pranks on us cause they don't like our guts.

Jessica: That is exactly what I thought for a moment.

Aydin: So what now? We really board this Rose-hill bus and meet with Anjali at Miss Daisy? Let's inform Mia too then.

Khalid: Yeah that's the plan, Mia was with her so they'll both wait for us.

Masha, Aaliyah, Khalid, Aydin and Jessica boarded the bus.

Aydin: Wait, the bus will take too long, let's go in the metro instead.

Khalid: Haha that's a long walk from here.

Aaliyah: Agreed, let's take a bus to La Gare Victoria then walk to the metro station from there, it won't be too far if we go through the subway to Caudan directly, see what I mean?

Khalid: Deal.

They got off the bus and took a bus which took them to la Gare Victoria and walked to the Tramway station. They had to run and finally boarded the tram. The scenery was beautiful and relaxing between St. Louis stop and Coromendel. They were all quiet along the journey to Rose-Hill; enjoying the scenery.
