The Bridge!

*In The Tunnels*

Nina's POV

Me and Fabian were searching the tunnels for a crocodile type thing but after about 15 minutes I was starting to give up....

"It's useless! We're never going to find it...." I sighed, leaning against the tunnel wall

"Nina, I promise we'll find it." Fabian resured me

I smiled weakly and carried on looking

"Hey Fabian?" I frowned, crouching down near the edge of the chasm

There was a hole in the wall, it wasn't very big but it looked like something was in it...

"Hm?" Fabian replied, crouching next to me

"What's this? It....it looks like something is in there" I said, lowering my head so I could see in it....

I gasped and Fabian had a look

"There's a leaver!" Fabian exclaimed

We both cheered and Fabian put his hand in and started to pull the leaver

"I can feel it....I've got it, I've got it!" He said

There was a loud creaking noise and I looked up and gasped....again

The crocodile was right under our noses! It came crashing down and Fabian gasped

He took his hand out of the leaver thing and his hand had little marks over it

"I think it bit me...." he mumbled

I rolled my eyes playfully and stood up to look at the "crocodile bridge"

It looked huge! I can't imagine how heavy it's going to be....

"How are we ever going to lift this?!" I exclaimed, crossing my arms over my chest in defeat

"We will ok? We better be going....Vera is going to be back from shopping any minute" Fabian said, glancing down at his watch

I nodded and we quickly left the tunnels and walked into the living room.....
