We all have those days when we are uncontrollably eating everything, from salty chips to chocolate chip cookies. All it takes is a little willpower...jk a lot.

When you are craving something unhealthy, keep yourself busy so you don't even think about eating. What I usually do is make friendship bracelets, or read. When I get really into something I don't feel hungry at all.

But there are some healthy snack choices. You shouldn't buy those "natural, simply, etc" snacks cause they're packed with preservatives and unknown ingredients. Fruits (my favorite are banana and watermelon) and nuts are my favorite healthy snack. Also finely cut Apple slices with a little bit of caramel taste great. People who eat nuts twice a week are less likely to experience weight gain. It's packed with healthy fats.

When you go grocery shopping, and you see all the cookies and chips that make your mouth water, eat a good full meal before you go grocery shopping because it actually does help stop temptations.
