If you cut down on food, you start to realize how little your body actually needs. If I eat this and a lot of fruit I usually never feel hungry or stuffed. This is my "in between." Find yours.

Breakfast:
-1/4 cup Quaker oatmeal 1-minute original
-1/2 cup almond milk (to cook oatmeal)
-tablespoon of nuts
-banana for toppings

Never snack between breakfast and lunch, you can wait 4 hours.

Lunch:
-half an apple cut up to slices
-small portion of whatever my mom makes (half a sandwich, a little rice or soup)

Snack:
-1/2 cup of milk (still growing)
-fruit (honestly any fruit is delicious and will keep you more full and you can eat as much as you want)

Dinner
-1/2 to 3/4 cup rice
-1/8 cup of whatever veggies mom makes
-1 oz of meat sometimes or -fish or corn in a soup (has great flavor)

Tip: DRINK WATER!!! Honestly a lot of times I feel hungry or bored and I want to eat drinking lots
of water really helps, it also distracts me from eating. I hate juice or pop; not a fan of taste and doesn't keep me hydrated.

If you probably aren't the best small portion sizer or you're not super motivated and you're super hungry, eat whatever the fuck you want for meal time but do not snack!

Remember each meal probably shouldn't exceed 600 calories at maximum. Healthy plain foods will help you stay full and eat a lot without packing in calories and fat! After a week of very clean eating and cutting down, hey go ahead and reward yourself to an ounce of your favorite food, to resist temptations for the week ahead.

Really please think before you eat so you won't regret anything. And also,
YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.

Hope this helped :)
