The hospital scrambled in fright as they tried to settle the stressed patients, which were still screaming as they bashed against their doors. Many of the guards and doctors were force to strap down they troubled patients to keep them from farther hurting themselves. The doctor of our story though stayd frantically pausing in his office as it searches threw the files he has. Begging the countless pages of text for a answer to stop this. In his fright he had not notice the silence until a blood curtailing scream from a woman is heard from right out of his office door. His head jerks up from the files in surprise before throwing the folders to his desk to rush out. Running into a nurse stumbling around her as she looks just as confused as him letting him know he wasn't the only one to hear the scream as the rest of the hospital grew dead silent " Where's Elanna I sent for the other files?" The doctor asked in a worried ton. The nurses expression of confusion turn to worried as she replied " She was still down there looking for them in storage ". The doctor listen to her words has his eyes grew with more worry before rushing off yelling for guards. Three guards follow in behind him as he runs down the stair to storage. The clattering of all of their shoes could be heard storming down the stairwell leading to the needed room. Ones they reach the bottom steps the doctor feel with fear as he sees smoke slipping out from under the door. He rushed down to it yelling for something to put the fire out as him and one other guard bust the door down ramming into it by the sides of their bodies. The doctor begins coughing as smoke pours from the room like a black cloud trapped in a small bottle. He coughs ducking down as he covers his mouth with the neck of his shirt to see the room drowning in blazing fire. He wonders into the room looking for the young woman as the other guards bring in stuff to put out the fire, but the fire was to much making them call the fire department. The doctor made his way farther into the room though in hope of saying the girl only to be horrified by the sight of a burnt and milted body collapsed by a set of file cabinets. Full of pain at the death of his friends he rushed back to the door only to be caved in by ceiling beams which have crashed down burning in a heavy blaze. His guards yell for him is muffled of by the loud crackle of the fire as things bash to the ground making the doctor back away from the blocked door. His eyes go wide in horror as Vex appears infront of him as if he was always they. Looking tired with red bags lining under his hateful glare "You lied to him" Vex speaks as he slowly walks towards the doctor as the doctor backs away " No I didn't you were dead no one could find you! Please stop this I don't want anyone to get hurt" The doctor spats out in fear as his body sweats from the heat of the hateful blaze. " YOU DIDN'T CARE THAT I WAS HURT " Vex growls in a rages ton as he grabs the doctors neck lifting him from the ground. His eyes bleeding with rage as the black small vanes appear on either side of his face near his eyes. The doctor coughs choking in Vexs grip as his lefted into the smoke filled air as he grabs Vexs wrest " S-stop p-please... I h-have a daughter and w-wif-". Vex jerks the doctor close to his face as he speaks in a raged ton full of hate " YOU TOOK MY FAMILY FROM ME WHY SHOULDN'T I TAKE YOU FROM YOURS". The doctor gags as he fights for air as his eyes over flow with tears in fear of not seeing his family again " Y-you ...w-weren't.. s-safe.. you were.. u-ntreatable.. yo-u woul-d have k-killed your b-brother... like y-your mothe-r "the doctor chokes up his word almost to weak to hear. Vex tightens his grip as he grits his teeth together his eyes beginning to swell in tears "I NEVER MEANT TO HURT HER, I'D NEVER HURT LEX YOU'LL SUFFER FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE AND EVERYONE WILL TOO". The doctor drops to the floor as Vex disappears leaving him alone in the blazing room. The doctor eyes flurr as he shuts them blacking out from the lack of air.

Tick the clock the sound made as Lex stared out his room window at the clock across the hallway with innocent, sweet, worried eyes. " Vex... please answer me.." Lex whispers as he stared at the ticking clock before turning around with a sigh as he settles over on his bed with a adorable plop. Snatching up a little paper frog from his bed which his brother showed him how to make long ago when they were still very young. " I'm sorry I'm trapped here..." Lex whispers down at the small paper frog as he speaks out to his brother in hope he hears him. As if magic slipped it's way into the paper frog it hops of Lexs lay shocking him with surprise as it playfully begins hopping around the room across the floor. Making Lex giggle in joy as he hops up his feet " Vex you're here! ". His brothers soft snickers echos threw the room as he slowly appears softly smiling at Lex. Lex lights up with more joy as he jumps into Vexs arms hugging him " You came! ". Vex softly snickers cuddling Lex to him gently planting a kiss on his head " I promised to never leave you.. ". Lex leans away keeping his arms around his bother as he looks up at him as his eye fill with worry again seeing the familiar black vanes by Vexs eyes " Your eyes look hungry again...". Vex looks down with faint sorrow " I'm sorry I've been gone so long..". Lex softly smiles gently grabbing Vexs head as he softly rubs his thumbs against the vanes calming Vex down " It's okay I'm just happy you're okay". Vex relaxs softly smiling at Lex as he gently places his hand onto one of Lexs hands " I'm getting you out of here... I swear soon as I have enough energy they can't stop me your the only one that knows my weakness...". Lex looks into Vexs eyes feeling worry again " I've seen the future.. Don't hurt... the innocent one...". Vex stares listening to Lexs words carefully before softly nodding " as you wish little brother..."
