Cain are white canine-like creatures with long, needle-like golden teeth. They have emerald green eyes, blood, and tongue. Cain have the ability to create weapons out of light. Their weapons are often spears or swords, though other weapons have been formed. They can also make chains with this magic. These objects look to be made of gold and emerald, copying the colors of their creators.
Cain drain energy from lost souls, but will never claim them. They will also torment living souls for fun, often trying to make them depressed or paranoid and turn to suicide. They are often perceived at dark inner thoughts or voices. This behavior is often meant to grant access to a weak soul, allowing the Cain to harvest soul energy easily and with less effort of searching.
A Cain's soul is only made of pure soul energy, making them good meals for Hollowed and Banshen if they kill them.
