Dean's POV:
I walked into Blake's office. I said " hey". I sat down. Blake said " whats up"? I asked " do you think people look at me because of my eye"?
Blake said sarcastically " no man, your eye is one of your best features, I think it's the best".
I said " sure, have you seen Debbie"? Blake said " yeah, she just left, already took her shift today".
I said " Okay, any cases that you can't solve"? Blake said " no", he turned on the TV.
The news said " Hello Gotham, Penguin was just released after spending 10+ years in Arkham, with no other criminal, with are thinking he will take control of the underworld, in other news, nearly an hour ago, Former Mayor and Vice Mayor, Arthur Fleck, was also released after touring the country for over 10 years".
Blake said " Wow, he's out". I pulled out my phone and dialed Jack's number.
Jack said " hey Dean, whats up"? I said " Arthur's out". Jack said " yeah, he's over here, he's about to go to LA, Bruce is letting him use the private jet".
I said " ok, tell him to come down to the GCPD". Jack said " I will, talk to you later". I hung up and put my phone in my pocket.
I said " Arthur might come down". My radio chattered. I said into it " this is Commissioner Logan, any cases"?
A man said " yeah, we were patrolling around Arkham, Jeremiah Valeska's cell is empty".
I said " ok, I'll check it out". Blake said " Jeremiah is insane, he use to be Joker, we have to find him or this city will burn".
I said " Okay, where would he go"? We both said " Harley Quinn".
