Chapter 49: The Proposal

Yujin's POV

"What? You will go to Daejeon?" Yena said, my friends are here at my house and I'm currently packing my clothes

"Why?"- Chaeyeon

"Mom called me she said they miss me and also dad wants to talk to me for some important matters"

"I think it's about business"- Hyewon

"I don't know but probably... But I won't be long I will just stay there maybe for a week" I said as I zip my luggage

"Why? I mean I think it will be good for you to went there to have some vacation you know to heal your heart"- Chaeyeon

"Nah a week is enough and besides I want to pursue Wonyoung again, I don't wanna lose her forever I might die if that happens"

"Psh you also said that when Minju broke up with you but look at you, you're alive and kicking"- Yena

"Do you want me to kick you literally?" I said but I was just joking

"Yah I'm just kidding!"- Yena

"But seriously, this love that I'm feeling for Wonyoung it's different compared to what I feel when Minju and I are still together"

"I'm not being dramatic duck! Psh I'll go now" I said and we went outside.

After few hours of driving I finally arrived, it's quite been a while since I went here

"Welcome back young master" our Butler greets me as I entered our house

"Thank you Mr. Lim"

"Yujin! My sweety! I miss you" Mom said and hugs me

"Hi mom I miss you too!" I said and hugs her

"Have you eaten?"

"Not yet mom"

"Come on lunch is ready, I cooked your favorites"

And we had lunch together and talk about a lot of things as we are eating"

"Uhm mom you said dad wants to say something important, what is it?"

"I think it's much better if your dad tells it to you" she said and smile at me... okayyy I kinda have some weird feeling about it

"Alright mom" I said and we talk about other things

Later that night I went to the kitchen, seems like the cooks are very busy preparing the dinner but why they are cooking a lot of food?

"Mom?" I sat beside my mom who's reading a magazine

"Yes sweety?"

"Why are they preparing a lot of food?"

"Because we have a visitor tonight so I want you to look presentable okay? So now change your clothes cause your dad is on the way home"

"Okay" I just said and went to my room to change my clothes and I went downstairs and dad is already here with Mr. Hwang and Yeji? So they are the visitors? Okay I have a bad feeling about this

"Oh Yujin, how are you my daughter?" Dad asked and hug me

"I'm good dad" I said and hug her back

"You should greet our guests too"

"Good evening Mr. Hwang, good evening Yeji" I bowed at them

"Good evening Yujin, it's been a while since we met" Mr. Hwang said and smiled at me and I also did the same
