"Holy crap!" Erika yelled out as she walked next to the cafe window and saw Maho and Paul sitting right in each others faces drinking from the same milkshake glass.
"Come on~" Michael said with a laugh as he pulled Erika out of the way and back behind a near by wall to stop Paul and Maho from seeing them.
"Did you hear something?" Paul asked as he and Maho glanced to their right towards the window.
"I... Thought I did, but maybe not..."
"Shhhh~" Michael said while pushing a finger to Erika's mouth.
"You don't want to ruin their date do you?" He added with a smirk as they began to walk off."No..." Erika said while shrugging his hand off her face and gripping it tightly.
"It's just... That's a bit forward of her isn't it?" Erika remarked, a slightly confused expression forming on her face as they walked as her mind cast back to the scene of Paul and Maho sitting extremely close together and sharing that one drink.
"I mean it's their first date..."
"That is true~" Michael said with a chuckle, "I didn't expect it but I'm sure they have a reason for it"
"Maybe they just really like each other..." He added, stopping as Erika stopped in her tracks.
"Maybe... But This isn't like her at all, there must be something else at play here..." Erika muttered as she let go of Michael's hand and started pacing around clutching her chin like Sherlock Holmes would clutch his pipe.
Michael laughed at this display, and crossed his arms with a smile as he watched his girlfriend pace around the sidewalk before him trying to 'deduce the mystery' as she put it...
---Timeskip: Paul POV---
After a successful date Paul walked to school the next day with a swagger in his step and a wide smile on his face. This happiness and relaxed mindset was interrupted however by Michael meeting him at the school gate and barraging him with questions...
"So how did it go?" Michael asked with a smile as the pair walked into the school and sat down, waiting for the first bell to ring.
"Really good~" Paul responded with a smile, a lot of his previous nerves having dissipated due to how well the date went.
"So what did you get up to?" Michael then asked, pretending he didn't have any clue about what happened while trying to be as coy as possible.
(Michael in head) "Just keep up the facade for Sherlock..." He thought to himself with a slight laugh, thinking of Erika's instructions to 'find out everything you can from Paul!' in regards to Maho and Paul's date.
"We just went to that cafe not far from school" Paul responded blushing slightly as he added, "The place with the really good milkshakes..."
Micheal had to contain his laughter as he heard Paul add the last part, thinking back to what he'd seen Paul and Maho doing.
(Michael in head) "I bet all you were thinking about was how good the milkshake was..."
---Maho POV---
"You saw us?!" Maho asked, shocked as Erika told her she'd seem her and Paul's date at the cafe.
"Yep~" Erika replied with a smirk as Maho sat down on a nearby bench and turned away to hide her embarrassment.
"It's fine" Erika added with a chuckle as she sat down next to her.
"What did you see?..." Maho then asked with a cold tone, turning her face back towards Erika with a determined and tense expression.
