I cursed as I was slammed against the locker once I was done getting ready for practice. Fuck that hurt like a bitch. I could already tell that there will be a nice bruise on my shoulder from where the locker dig into my skin.

"Not so tough now are you?" Gonzalo sneered and I rolled my eyes and got in his face ignoring the stabbing pain on my shoulder and grabbed him by his jersey before slamming him against the apposite wall causing him to growl

"Don't pretend that you're stronger than me because we both know that I'm stronger than you. The only reason why you were able to get an upper hand just a second ago was because you took me by surprise but rest assured that if you ever try that again that I won't hesitate to break every bone in your body. And another thing, get near Lucas again and I will make you regret ever messing with him," I snarled grabbing him by the throat with one hand, "I told you that he is not to be messed with yesterday at the end of school and that what happened to Damon, Erick and I, was due to our own mistakes. You should respect him as he is the stand in Alpha until the triplets turn 18 and is determined who will be the new alpha" I whispered the last in his ear feeling him stiffen, "or have you forgotten that Alphas Bennett and Dimitri made him their stand in alpha for their children? Don't get near him again or so help me I will not hesitate to put you in your place,"

I let him go and backed away from him as Gonzalo fell to the ground holding his throat as his buddied Dawson and Mike rushed to his side, "I won't warn you three again stay the fuck away from Lucas"

"Are you a faggot too, is that why you're defending that fairy?" Mike taunted and I clenched my jaw before smirking and crouched in front of them making them tense

"Would that be a problem?" I asked tilting my head since no one but my friends and family new about me being bisexual. It was something that I always knew growing up, I only came out to them two years ago when I was 14 and I was terrified by their reactions but was completely taken aback by their acceptance and support which was a big relief. I never really flaunted my sexual orientation to the world and instead just continued living my life. I became the football team's quarterback and had one or two relationships but they never lasted more than a few months, though one almost did last a year but we parted ways at the end of freshman year because he didn't want to come out to the school yet and I didn't want to wait for him to be ready. Now he's in a new relationship but I've seen how his new boyfriend treats him, "being attracted to the same sex doesn't mean you have the right to treat them as if they were dirt under your shoe"

"So you are one of those dick sucking sickos" Dawson stated with disgust all over his face much like how Gonzalo and Mike were staring at me and I smirked making them look away

"If you just really know, I'm bisexual which means I'm attracted to both men and women equally but I fancy men more," I replied before chucking at the look of disgust in their expressions, "but that doesn't mean I'm attracted to every man I see. Which means that you three are not my type as you're too tall and too bulky for my taste,"

"You're fucking Luca then aren't you, that's why you're defending him now. You never gave him a second glance five months ago but now you're his knight in shinning armor which could only mean that you're sleep with him" Gonzalo accused making me raise a brow

"Just because I decided to defend him doesn't mean that I'm sleeping with him. Besides I'm waiting for my mate unlike you three who slept with every girl in this school even teachers," I stated making them widen their eyes at my word about them fucking the female teachers, "do you really think that you would still be in the team if your grades were shit since last year? The only reason why you're still on the team is because your grades miraculously improved.How do you think your parents would feel if word got out about what you've been doing not only to Luca but with the female teachers"

"You wouldn't" Mike said and I smiled shrugging my shoulder before standing up

"Your secret is safe with me as long as you don't mess with Luca nor have other people mess with him because believe me if Luca sports a bruise after this little talk and learn that you had sent someone to hurt him then your parents will know so trust me you don't want to me as with me," I stated before grabbing my helmet and before I left the locker  room to join the rest of the team in the field, "you might want to finish getting ready before coach comes looking for you guys"

"What the hell happened to your shoulder?" I looked over at the sound of my older brother, Jeremiah's voice to see him standing in the doorway of my room as I was getting dressed after my shower

"Nothing," I replied putting on my shirt

"Bullshit, Caleb. It's bruised and there's even a small amount of blood spilling from the wound," he said

>Just tell him, it's not like he can do anything about it anyway< Rexx said

"Had a small altercation at school with some guys from the football team but don't worry, I handled them and they shouldn't bother me anymore" I said and he narrowed his eyes crossing his arms before shaking his head

"You and your fights, you gotta stop those Caleb before you end up getting suspended" he warned and I nodded

"I know but like I said, don't worry about it, it's all taken care off" I stated as I finished getting dressed and he nodded

"Where are you going?" He asked

"Alpha Dimitri assigned Eric, Damon and I to patrol their south border tonight since it's the weekend" I answered

"Alright, just make sure you take something to eat since I have a feeling you'll be there all night"  I nodded before grabbing my jacket and following Jeremiah out of my room closing the door behind me once I made sure I had everything I needed such a my phone, wallet, keys and spare clothes for tomorrow once the three of us are relieved of our job.

Once I had grabbed my dinner I left the house wishing my parens, siblings and in-laws a good evening I met with Damon, and Erick who also had their own overnight bags.

"How's your shoulder?" Erick asked as we made our way towards the south border

"Bruised but it'll heal," I replied and he nodded

"So do you really think those idiots will leave Luca alone and not have anyone bother him?" Damon asked

"No, in fact I have a feeling that they'll test me whether I'm telling the truth about telling their parents about that they've been doing in order to get good grades to stay on the team," I stated, "they'll wish they had listened instead of testing me"

"They'll be true idiots if they don't listen to your warnings" Erick replied with a chuckle and shake of the head,

"True" Damon and I agreed with a chuckle.

Gonzalo and his buddies will regret testing me I can promise you that. Lucas is off limits and if I find out that he's been hurt because of those assholes than they'll regret ever crossing me. There's just something about Luca that has completely captivated me and I will do wherever it takes to find out what that is. But little did I know that my life was about to be flipped upside down and I was scared to find out the reason behind such turn.

a/n here's a new update guys. Next update will have a time skip of 3 years where Lucas is 17 and Caleb is just turning 18...Let me know what you think and don't forget to leave a vote/fan
