The Prince's Desire

  I woke up to my alarm, this weekend is big for someone like me. I'm a cosplayer and there's a really big Con in town right now! I need to get dressed into my outfit. It consisted on a sleeveless button up blouse with a collar and a corset that tied around the neck. The corset also faded into a skirt. It also needed long black gloves and dark grey horns. I added knee high stockings and healed boots. I put on fake fangs. Most people had pointed ears, but I was found with long pointed ears anyways. Once I was all dressed, I put in extensions so my hair reached my shoulders. I walked out of my room to see my sister Ava on the phone.

  "I don't care if it just down the street!" She told her phone, I guess it was Lorelai, she was a sweet girl that constantly pushed herself into Ava. Ava just found her annoying. I walked up behind her and started petting our cat Johnny. He jumped down and went to get his bowl, Ava turned around and continued her conversation. I waved, my sister waved back. "I'm hanging up now, bye!" She then hung up the phone as Johnny made his way back. "It's too early to deal with life!" She exclaimed loudly. Johnny places the bowl so Ava looked down at him. She started question the cat and noticed the time. "I ran out of yum yums for you! I ran out of munchie crunchies for me!" She said panicked. I giggled.

  "I have treats in my room, I'll give him some until you get him yum yums." I told my shorter sister. She ran at me and tackled me into a hug.

  "This is why I love you!" She told me. I hugged her back.

  "Go yo your interview!" I told her as she let go. She ran to out the door, "I'll take out the trash!" I called out to my lazy sister. I gave Johnny the treats then grabbed the trash bag.
I walked out to door, I saw Jake. He collects rent.

  "-stupid,  just ask her out already!" He scolded himself. I just walked past him.

  "Ava would say no." I called as I got in the elevator.

  No.. I-I meant you.." Jake said after I had left. I made my way to the dumpster. My heels clicking the whole way. I got there and threw the bag in. That's when I noticed four guys in demon cosplay. They looked in pain though. "Hey, are you guys okay?" I asked them. They all turned to me. One in orange looked over at him and lit up.

  "Another daemo?" He said. I guess there role-playing. I can play along.

  "Hello, friends." I said smiling. One in dark blue looked curiously at my outfit.

  "What are you wearing?" He asked curiously. I giggled.

  "Oh that's just my corset." I said as I tapped my stomach where my corset was. One in green lit up.

  "Can it kill someone?" He asked happily. He had ran up to me. I nodded and pointed at him.

  "Yes. Corsets can be deadly. I'm just used to them." I told him jokingly. I looked over his shoulder, and saw a fifth guy in cosplay. He looked unconscious. "Woah is he okay?" I asked dropping the act. I ran over to him and checked for his breathing. I stood and looked at the other four. "Your friend is not breathing!" They just looked at me. "I guess your not doing anything." I took my horns off becuase the would above gotten in the way. I heard gasps and comments but I just ignored them and started going CPR. Once I blew air into his lungs, the cosplayer in light blue picked me up. I started complaining when the one that was i black on the ground took a sharp breath.

  "Asch?" The one with dark blue asked. The one they called Asch got up.

  "I'm fine." He sounded strained. They moved in and looked at me.

  "Where did you get those horns?!" Greenie asked. I kicked one holding me and jumped out of his grasp. They gasped as I came back up.

  " I made them, they match my ears." I showed my pointed ears. "I made them out of clay then baked them, sanded them smooth, then painted them and roughed them up a little." I picked up my horns and handed them to the closest one to me. It was the one in dark blue. He felt them.

  "They feel real." He told me. I nodded. Asch then nodded at the tall one in light blue. He picked me up again and hung me to a tree by the top lace of corset. The five then walked away. Greenie and the orange one looked at me one last time before leaving.

  "Like I can't get down from this." I said to my self. I untied the lace and dropped down. I retied the lace and but my horns back on. That's when they came back. "Oh hey, can you not put me in a tree again?" I asked as I looked at Asch and Greenie.

  "How'd you get down?" The latter asked. I looked in amused as he took a threatening step forward. I wave my hand in front of his face.

  "Magic!" I told him monotonously. He gasped as the Asch started threatening me. I rolled my eyes. He just kept going so I grabbed the horns of the boys nearest to me. The horns where green and smooth. I yanked on them as the other 4 gasped. Muscly covered the one in oranges eyes. I kept tugging but they didn't come off. I reluctantly let go, with a shocked face adorning my features. "Holy sh!t. They're real." I took one last look at the five before I felt myself moving. My back came in contact with the concrete as their voices became distant whispers. Soon after I lost myself in the blackness.
