2 -The legend-

At school.

"-Un! Khun-san!" Bam called him.

"Let me black turtle! Oi! blue turtle!" Rak shouted near Khun's ear.

"Woah! Are you trying to make me deaf!? Huh? Bam? What's up?"

"Let's have lunch Khun-san!"

"Huh? Oh, okey..."

While having lunch at the cafeteria.

"Is something wrong Khun-san?" Bam asked him.

"No. It's nothing"

"Hmp! You should eat more than that blue turtle! You look weak!"

"Huh? Who are you saying weak!? Stupid alli-!"

"Khun-san...?"

Earlier i was just about to say alligator to Rak... What the?

"Oh sorry..."

"Hey look at that it's Khun!"

"He and Maria senpai... You know~"

"Aww...even though his handsome~"

"Yeah~ i know right~ that guy is just...how can i say this...? A little disgusting?"

Bam overheard what the girls are saying. "Hey!" Bam stand up the chair and was about to grab the girl when.

"Stop Bam. It's okey. It's true anyway."

"Khun-san..."

"Hmp! Those girls looks stupid and weak." Rak said.

"....." Khun was a little surprised but happy at the same time, that Bam and Rak tried to protect him.

"Ohhh~ is this the kid who transfered here just to look for a girl?" a sudden voice of a girl said as she put the tray in the same table as Bam, Khun and Rak.

"Hi~ Im Endorsi." the girl said.

"He-hello..."

"Oh? Aren't you cute hm... What's your name?"

Cute? "Im Bam. 25th Bam."

"Hmm... Your name seems familiar... I don't remember where i heard it though."

This girl... Isn't she the daughter of the CEO of Jahad corp.?

Endorsi and Bam talked a little about each other.

"hmm...? Rachel eh... I think i know her..." said Endorsi.

"Re-really!?"

He looks so happy. "Well were in the same class so..." said Endorsi.

Bam's eyes began to shine like he saw a treasure.

He sure like that Rachel... Khun said to himself as he look at Bam.

"Can you say to her to meet me at the entrance after class Endorsi-san?"

"Sure~"

"Well, it's good you'll going to meet her!" Khun said and smiled at Bam.

"Mm. Thank you Endorsi-san, Khun-san and Rak-san.

"Huh? I didn't do anything though."

"You listened to me." said Bam as he smiled at Khun.

This guy... Really...

After that the classes resumed.

"Okey class! Today i will tell you a legend from thousand of years ago. Though some people say it is true but there is no strong evidence about it so, it just became a legend. It is called the Tower of God."

Bam was surprised. He listened carefully to the teacher the same goes for Khun and Rak. Somehow they got this feeling of familiarity about the that legend.

The story.

"Once upon a time a boy entered the tower to chase the girl he like but he was not a normal person. In the tower he is what you call an irregular. A person who is not welcomed and is not chosen by the tower to enter. In short, he entered the tower himself.

While chasing the girl he like, he met a lot of friends along the way that helped him climbed the tower. One day, he finally met the girl he likes. He was so happy that he finally found her and said to himself.

"Why climb the tower? there is no reason to climb the tower anymore. Now that i found her."

"Let's leave the tower and just live together again like before ." he said to the girl.

But dreams are not that easy to achieve as it being said. The girl has a dream of her own and that is to see the star. So the girl said to the boy.

"Im sorry, i will climb the tower. I...need to."

The boy was a little saddened but then he decided to climb the tower with the girl and helped her see the stars. One day, while taking the test made by the floor administrator in the tower, the girl betrayed him. He was pushed by the girl and fell in the darkness. He was shock as to why the girl did that and all of them thought he died but he didn't.

After several years he came back, unfortunately because of him being an irregular, many got interested in him and the power inside of him. He then became a slayer nominee, a title given to those who have possibly the power to slay the king. The king that a lot of people hates because of his unfairness, but he also have a lot of followers. He trained and practice a lot to be strong and to protect his friends in the shadow.

His friends doesn't know his still alive but he can't meet them. It was the condition given to him by the organization. That is, if he doesn't want to be a slayer or reveal himself to his friends, they will die so he doesn't have a choice but to do it.

Hiding himself doesn't take that long as his friends is still climbing the tower. They then met again. His friends helped him to leave the organization where he is.

After that, even though he left the organization. Him being the king's enemy doesn't change. His fate is still to slay the king. A war then began again inside the tower. The boy and the King fought, it was a fight that sacrificed many lives and made the blood of the people in the war flowed in the waters of the tower.

It was a long and tiring fight but the King was finally defeated by the boy. The fight was so tragic that the boy also receives a fatal blow. He and his friends who is also severely injured died in the tower. The tower ceiling then began to open. The truth revealed itself in the eyes of the people who are still alive and witnessed the birth of the new world, where we now lives.

After the teacher told them the legend Bam, Khun and Rak was filled of saddness. They don't know why. They didn't even read the legend about the Tower of God but somehow they knew.

What is the truth?

Is the tower really existed thousands of years ago?

Tower of God...

The three of them wondered as the story seems to be true to them.

Note: Another reminder guys. What i've written about the legend of the Tower of God in this chapter some of it did happened in the anime/manhwa but the ending of the legend i've written is not true since the manhwa haven't reach it's end yet.
