It was 5 months later and the hunt for the Aurum was failing miserably. That wasn't all though. Bellatrix Lestrange had managed to escape after Voldemort died and we had figured out she was controlling the Aurum sending it on hunts, for muggle-borns, muggles, and anything not pure. Unless it was Scarlett.

Scarlett had to be hidden away in order to protect her, with someone who knew what they were doing. Granted I could do it myself but I also had to hunt down a demented witch and a golden killer snake. Severus Snape took Scarlett and they both hid away not even telling anyone where they went.

The entire wizarding world was practically ruined thanks to Bellatrix and we were constantly trying to rebuild it to no anvil. I had entered the Ministry that morning like I normally do only to find I was clearly late to a fight. The Aurum was trying to be withheld from attacking, but it had so many enchantments on it, you couldn't kill it. I watched for a minute as I noticed the spells that were blocked seemed to just be normal spells, but the question remained, was Bellatrix smart enough to block crystal spells?

I rose my wand at it pointing it directly waiting for the right moment, "Killo Crystal", sharp crystals surrounded the snake at all angles then stabbed into it. The snake died instantly for the crystals hit all the right places, including the heart. The Aurum was dead, but that didn't mean it was over.

Bellatrix appeared behind us rather angry and started flinging spells at us, I jumped forward and started blocking them immediately. If there was one thing I learned about Dark Arts that's you have to be fast, and wordless. Bella all of a sudden stopped then paused for a moment thinking, then her wand pointed over and cast Avada Kedavra at Nymphadora Tonks.

She vanished immediately and everyone ran over and Remus Lupin looked like he was going to cry. It was time to cast that spell I made, though I wasn't sure it would work, it was worth a shot.

I trailed my wand over her chest and muttered the incantation, "Arvadek Adava" There was a glow of white lights around us, then everything went quiet.
