My not so innocent childhood

I'm currently sitting in a bus while staring outside the window with my earphones in my ears, listening to my favorite playlist.

🎶Once I was twenty years old, my story got told
Before the morning sun, when life was lonely
Once I was twenty years--🎶

I stopped what I was doing when the music stop. I took my cellphone out of my pocket. I turned it on and saw a notification.

It's from my favorite facebook page, they have another post. I click it with so much anticipation to see what is the content of the post this time.

I'm ready to see another joke or maybe another encouraging words but my smile dropped when I saw the post.

"Sometimes I really miss being a kid. No stress, no worries. Just a smile on my face and simply enjoying my life."

I went to my music app and clicked play to continue my music before I turn my phone off and stare outside the window again.

I saw a young beggar, begging for people's money. I think he is only 7 years old.

When you have a happy childhood, it means you're lucky. Because not all childhood is happy, no worries, stress-free and innocent.

Just like mine.
