Ever since high school, you'd been pegged as the stunning yet mysterious girl. Your parents are cool, they definitely would have been the popular type while they were studying. They own and run a body-piercing studio in the neighbourhood and oftentimes you'll get people travelling to you just to get pierced by them. They're open, welcoming, and so lovely to talk to; people often wonder why you're not as freely open and talkative as they are when you're out of the studio.

You've been out of high school for a couple of years now and are currently sitting in your second year of university. Due to COVID-19, your classes have been running online so you've been spending a lot more time in the studio than you had been previously, so all the regulars your parents spoke to were finally able to put your name to your face. Sure, you had been posted about a few times on the company Instagram page, but in person is different. It was shared recently that you'd just finished your training to become a body piercer, your parents were so excited! They weren't typical Asian parents, that's for sure. And you loved that about them. Taking after your dad, you have tattoos – but not to the point of having two whole sleeves like him; no, you have little dainty tattoos scattered across your body. It's no secret that some guys can find you intimidating and appealing, and no secret that girls find your mysterious aura luring.

You don't have many you consider very close friends of yours, but many would like to be close to you. You remember names and faces easily, it helps with customer interaction. So when Jennie and Jisoo come in with Lisa to browse and get some new piercings, you greet them by name. You've come to know these girls well-enough on a customer-basis and first-surface friend level. They're regulars; either bringing friends who want to get pierced or to add to their collection. Sometimes they pop by just to say hi and you appreciate that. You like them. They aren't like many others who come just to try and flirt with you or attempt to make nice to get discounts. They seem genuine in their interest in this line of work and chat a lot with your parents when they're free.

You're currently out in the backroom sorting through some new inventory that came in early this morning. A new shipment of jewellery always gets you excited, but also kind of annoyed. Excited because there's a new range to show-off and try out, annoyed because you're very particular about how the displays look, so you always end up spending too much time moving everything around. Hmm... There's a piece that is nice and simple but has a little elegant flare to it. You pick it up carefully to examine it; it's a cross that's been bedazzled with small diamonds. You smile a little to yourself. You'd been wanting to replace your current cartilage piercing with something more meaningful to you – looks like you've found it. Taking it with you to replace your current piercing, you make sure to note down that you've taken one and that you'll pay for it later.

"Hey! Is Y/N in today? We wanted to say hi on our way to lunch." You'd just put the cross into your ear as soon as you heard the mention of your name.

"Hey, girls! Good to see you! She's just out back at the moment, want me to get her?"

"No need." You peek your head out to see that Jennie and Jisoo are at the counter with your mother whilst Lisa is looking at the displays with a mysterious blonde. They give you a quick wave and motion for you to come over. You gesture for them to give you a moment, bringing your head back inside to quickly finish off the stocktake while they continue to talk to your mum while she's waiting for her next appointment.

Making your way out, you quickly bring your hair up into a messy bun with a few strands falling, shaping your face, as you have a facemask covering half of it. As you're walking out, you see Jisoo motion for the blonde to come over, assumingly to meet you. With your hair up, your ear piercings are made clear. It's obvious to anyone with eyes that you prefer to dress up your right over your left ear. The same goes for your hands; your right hand is dressed up in a few statement rings; everything gold to match with your piercings and to pop out against your fare skin, whereas your left hand has one simple silver ring.
