This has honestly been the longest two weeks without Justin. My parents have told me he is doing good and will hopefully get out before Christmas. Which I am super excited about.
Ashley and Brad are great, still their cute little selfs being all adorable in our home. While also trying to cheer me up. Austin is great too as he's at his home for Christmas which is great and it's so nice seeing him after him being gone for so long.
Today I'm going to go shopping with my mum to get some Christmas stuff for our home. We already have a Christmas tree we just need decorations. Ashley has given me a list of all the things we need. I want this Christmas to be perfect especially for Justin because this is the first Christmas he will spend with people that love and care about him.
* beep of a horn *
"Right lovebirds, I'm off" I say to them, picking my bag up after hearing the horn of my mums cards.
"RACHEL FOSTER" Ashley shouts, being all serious that I stop in my tracks confused.
"You forgot the list" she says, making us all laugh at how serious she was. I take the list out of her hands, thanking her.
I jump into my mums car, bringing her into a hug as we set off to the shops.
" how is he?" I ask mum while she is driving.
"He is doing great" my mum says with a slight uncertainty in her voice.
"Mum please tell me the truth" I whisper.
"At the beginning he wasn't doing great but he is really getting much better. He misses you" my mum says with a small smile.
"He will be home a day or two before Christmas" my mum says with a smile, putting her hand on my shoulder while she continues to drive.
"I can't wait to see him" I whisper with a smile, thinking about the day we are finally reunited.
Myself and my mum grab ourselves a trolly as we walk into the shop. I bring our Ashley's list and I am on the hunt to find all the bits.
•Tinsel ✅ •Bobbles for the tree ✅ •Fake snow ✅ •A star for the top of the tree ✅ •Decorations ✅ •Christmas mugs ✅ •Picture frame x2 ✅ •LOTS AND LOTS OF FAIRY LIGHTS ✅
Lots of other little bits and bobs.
Perfect! I think I got everything. I reach the till and I pay for all the stuff and I head out to the car.
"What took you so long?" my mum asks, in between laughing seeing my trolly full to the brim.
"Ashley's list" I say with a chuckle, scrunching it up and throwing it into a near by bin. We pack up the car and head back to the house.
"Thanks mum for everything" I say bringing her into a hug.
I get out of the car and I manage to lift all the bags in one and I give my mum a smile as she waves. I head up the steps to the apartment and I open the door.
"I'm back!!" I shout. No answer. Must have gone out probably on a date.
I begin emptying the bags of Christmas decorations. I run upstairs and grab all the photo booth pictures me and the squad have taken. I begin putting them on the fridge, smiling at all the memories we have had together.

I need some music. I bring my phone and I plug it into the speaker we have in the living room next to our empty Christmas tree. I play my favourite playlist and I continue decorating.
I got this sign that says thankful and I put it on top of the fridge with golden tinsel and fairy lights wrapped around it. I smile looking at this wee cute corner I created.
I hear the door slam shut. I turn my head Ash and Brad walking in. I run to the living room to turn the music down which is blasting.
" want to see my creation?" I ask excitedly they nod looking at each other with a smile. I take both of their hands and take them to the fridge.
"Rach, I love it" ash says, putting her arm around my shoulder, bringing me into a hug.
"All our memories together" brad says with a sad smile, probably cause Justin is missing.
"Shall we decorate the Christmas tree ?" I ask the showing them all the decorations I got from Ashley's list.
"They're perfect! let's get to work" Ashley says getting all excited.
"Dj put the music on" Ashley says sassily pointing at brad clicking her fingers, making me and brad chuckle as he walks over to the radio, connecting his phone and music blasts through the speakers.
We all begin decorating the tree putting tinsel and putting the bobbles up as we danced away listening to some music at the same time.
We also decided to move the tree to where our TV is. In my mind i still think about how I wished Justin was here to do this with us.
I look into the box and the last thing to put up is the star for the top of the tree. I pick it up and walk over to brad and ash.
"Will you both do the honours?" I ask them with a smile. They both look at me with a smile as Ash takes the star my hands. I sit down on the sofa as Ashley jumps onto Brad's shoulders as she reaches for the top of the tree.

She gets it on and we all begin clapping and Brad and Ash do a wee dancing making me giggle.
This really is going the most beautiful magical Christmas ever.
