Naruto's POV:

  I was laying in bed, looking up at the ceiling wondering if I was the only one who had nothing to do this weekend. Deciding that it would be better to ask than to sit here, wallowing in my loneliness I quickly sat up and opened a group text.

Me:
Hey I was wonder if any of you guys were free and wanted to hangout. I'm hella bored.

Shikamaru:
Hey man! I've got nothing else to do either. Today has been such a drag so i'm down to hangout

Choji:
Yeah same! It's been a pretty boring day so i'm down too!

Sakura:
Yeah! that sounds kinda fun!

Lee:
LET US ENJOY THE POWER OF YOUTH TOGETHER!

Sakura:
Lee, do you have to use all caps? 😡

Lee:
YES SAKURA HOW ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO GET MY TRUE FEELING ACROSS!

Neji:
Lee, If you don't stop using all caps I will go to your house and beat your ass myself!

Lee:
Fine!

Hinata:
Hey guys I don't  have anything planned for the rest of the day so i'm down to hangout too!

Sasuke:
Yeah... whatever. I guess i'll come, but only because I have nothing better to do today.

Me:
Great! You guys can come to my place tonight! Iruka won't be home for a few days because of some stupid mission so the house will be empty!  Just come around 8, he'll be gone by then. I hope to see more than just the few who actually answered instead of ignoring me. *cough cough* *Kiba* *cough cough*

Kiba:
Hey! How did you know I read your text!?

Me:
🙄 Kiba do you not know what read receipts are?

Kiba:
Yeah I know what a read receipt is! Of course I know!

Me:
Anyways hope all of you can make it! See ya at 8!

I quickly rush out of my bedroom and down the hall frantically cleaning the house. It's four so that means I have four hours to get everything ready for when my friends come over. specifically Sasuke.
"Hey naruto? What are you doing? Why are you running around frantically cleaning? You never clean, do you know how long I have been trying to get you to clean your room?"
"Oh! Iruka sensei! I... um... shikamaru is going to come over tonight to help me with some schoolwork and I don't want him to see how messy I am." I lied hoping Iruka wouldn't notice and scold me for it.
"Oh! Ok! I'm glad you're actually getting caught up in your schoolwork. How much convincing did Shikamaru have to do to get you to agree?" He laughed.
"More than I want to admit." I said, rubbing the back of my neck trying to make it sound like an actual thing that would happen.

~ Three and a Half Hours Later ~

Sasuke's POV:

  I have thirty minutes before everyone is gunna be at Naruto's. This could be my chance to do something crazy. I hope there's gunna be alcohol there because i'm not sure I can get through without it. I quickly run upstairs looking for something to wear that says  'I look hot in this but not intentionally' which I am apparently very good at.

~ Thirty Minutes Later ~

  I'm finally ready and I run down the stairs, it's eight now but that was the plan. If I show up at eight than i'll look too eager. I cant be too late though so I rush out the door to Naruto's place. I get there and knock on the door. Naruto opens the it and I try to keep a straight, blank face like always.
"Hey dobe, is there anything to drink here?"
" Oh hi Sasuke. yeah in the kitchen, help yourself!" He says before leaving from the doorway and heading back to the couch where the others are sitting. I make my way to the kitchen and pour myself a drink, then head over to the couch as well.
