Reaper, Killer, Cross, Dance and Lust sat in the kitchen Cross was worried about Nightmare who insisted on eating in his library. No one else seemed worried but Cross just thought that it was a normal thing for Nightmare to do.
Killer smiled and patted Cross head "Criss Cross. Nightmare is fine sometimes he just needs a bit of space and a lot.had happened today so he just needs a breather."
Cross nodded all his worries disappearing "makes sense"

Nightmare sat in the library on the floor his knees to his chest and his head rested on his arms witch laid upon his knees. He stared at the pasta Cross brought him.
Nightmare wasn't hungry he didn't know what he was. He just knew it was making him mad. He silently glared at the food as anger bubbled in the deepest pit of his stomach
A voice in Nightmares head spoke "how are you a happy all the time?" It was dark and unwanted.
Nightmare looked at his hands before whispering under his breath "I lie ... to myself." Nightmare smiled a little.
"Do you enjoy lieing?" the voice spoke again
" NO I DON'T! " Nightmare screamed back
"then stop. You know they replaced you with CROSS"
The voice sounds an alfull lot like Nightmare
"N-no i!" Nightmare said trying to deny the voice
"I can help you. You know I can"Nightmare shook his head "I can help you get ride of him"
"No I don't -"
" You do. Now sleep so I can do this for you"
Nightmare screamed in protest Before closing his eyes against his will and falling into a deep sleep.

Cross was laughing his ass off Killer made the worst of puns.
"You ok Crossy?" Reaper asked sounding considered
Cross shook his head tears roles down his cheeks as he laughed "H-HUG ME!" Cross said between an aggressive giggle " I'm not ok! "
Reaper snorted and Hugged Cross Killer giggled and Hugged them both.
It has been about three hours since dinner and Nightmare still wasn't out of the library and Reaper was starting to worry.
As if the gods could read his mind Nightmare walked in he looked out of it as if he had been crying and screaming. "Hi" Nightmare spoke with almost no emotion in his voice
Reaper smiled a little "hey Night light what's up?"
" I'm going to visit my brother I suddenly kinda wanna visit moms grave" Nightmare said as he put his shoes on
"Would you like us to go with?" Killer asked
Nightmare shook his head "I haven't visited since she died I need to do this on my own"
Cross frowned "ok well we'll be here when you get back"
Nightmare nodded and grabbed Reaper s car keys "I'm taking the car"
"Ok Night. Love you drive safe!" Reaper said blowing a kiss at Nightmare
Nightmare smiled sadly "love you guys too" and with that he was outside.
The three sat in silence then they heard the car start and drive off Lust walked in "guy umm Nightmare kinda tore up the library..."
" What? " Killer asked in disbelief
Lust nodded "I can't be sure that it was him...but there's black slim on some of the books and one of the walls has what looks to be holes but they are like punctured into the wall."
Reaper sighed and stood up "let me see this" Lust nodded and lead Reaper to the library
Cross shivered he had a bad feeling. Something was wrong very wrong. Killer hugged Cross "you cold?"
Cross thought for a moment before deciding that he probably was cold and he nodded. Killer smiled and sat on the couch with Cross on his lap and he wrapped them.both in a blanket.

Nightmare drive to his brother house, to his old house where he grew up. He walked up to the door and knocked.
"COMING!" Nightmare heard Inks voice threw the door. Ink opened up the door and smiled when he saw Nightmare "Hey! Nightmare what's up?"
Nightmare shrugged "I wanted to visit mom"
Ink smiled sadly and let Nightmare in. "Hey DREAMY!"
" YES!? " Dream yelled from a different room.
"NIGHTMATES HERE!" And with that one statement Nightmare heard a squeal and footsteps approaching fast
Dream turned the corner saw Nightmare and smiled then ran and hugged his brother "NIGHTY!"
Nightmare smiled just a little "hey Dream"
Dream let go of Nightmare and took a step back "what brings you brother?"
Nightmare looked at the ground "I'd like to see mom"
Dream smiled widened Nightmare hasn't visited their mom in 7 years witch was when she passed away "EEE OK FOLLOW ME!"
Nightmare followed Dream as he slipped threw the house and to the back door. Dream opened the sliding glass door and stepped outside Nightmare followed. Dream smiles face and he pointed at an apple Tree in the middle of the yard.
Along the fence was a wide variety of flowers so.e new and some just how Nightmare remembered them as a kid. Their mother loved her flowers but most of all she loves her apple tree.
Dream sighed "the tree hasn't had any apples since the incident"
Nightmare frowned "sorry"
"No! It's not your fault. Me and Mom didn't notice how sad you where. But enough of that I'm just glad you got IT under control and that you came to visit mom!"
Nightmare smiled at his brother and walked over to the tome stone it had yellow, pink, purple and red, flower crowns rested on top of it. Nightmare indeed down in front of it and felt tears swell up in his eyes.
"H-hi mom... Long time no see....I just wanted to apologize...I broke your favorite tree...And I failed to fully contain it ...I have boyfriends now and I'm happy with them I just i don't know anymore...I hope you're doing well none the less... "
Nightmare sighed and let the tears fall "I failed...ITS back"
