Yoongi's Perspective:

Luckily Hobi managed to rewrite his essay in time to turn it in on time. I stayed up with him last night to make sure he didn't fall asleep and finished it.

It isn't that I'd given up hope of being turned back. I'd just come to terms with how it is for now. Unless I can find a new way to change back, I'll just have to keep saving Hoseok. The first time didn't work, but I also only wanted to save him for my own gain. I didn't care about him. At least not primarily.

I'm not that heartless, okay?

Whether or not changing my attitude will change the outcome is still a question, but clearly I have nothing to lose. I needed to try to not think rude things about him so much.

Right now I was waiting for Hoseok to come back from school. I hoped he'd done well so that all that sleep I missed hadn't gone to waste. My eyes started drooping shut when the door suddenly swung open and Jung Hoseok walked inside. I stood up eager to find out how the essay went.

He closed the door and sat on the couch, setting his bag down beside him. He wasn't acknowledging me at all, so I meowed causing him to look down at me.

"Hey buddy.", He said softly, stroking my back. "What did you do today?"

Sleep.

"I did well on my essay by the way," he said, his face lighting up more. "Except I made several errors since I was in such a hurry..." His voice trailed off.

I put my paw on top of his hand in an attempt to cheer him up. He looked back down at me and smiled. "But other than that I did fine!"

Hoseok leaned back in his seat and went on his phone. I jumped up on the back of the couch behind him so I could see what he was doing. Normally I was against snooping but being a cat is boring. My eyes widened when I saw what he was looking at.

Me. It was my Instagram account. He was scrolling through it and clicking on random posts like one of me at highschool graduation, me and my friends at a party, and selfies.

Why the hell is he stalking my profile?

The red head looked around for me on the couch until he found me right behind him. "Oh there you are." He scratched me under the chin. "I'm worried about this boy from school. It's been weeks since he's last been seen. I wasn't close with him but I hope nothing bad has happened to him."

I quietly listened.

"He was always so quiet, like me I guess, and always had an angry look on his face. If I wasn't so shy I might have gone up and tried to be friends with him. I can't help but worry that I missed my chance." Hoseok sighed and turned off his phone.

This sad boy cares about me? Old me I mean... He wanted to be friends with me?

I laughed out loud at the thought. It turned out to be more of an exhale though.

Be nice, Yoongi...

"You want snacks?" He looked up at me excitedly. I was starving so I nodded. "Snack time!"
