(Jack's POV)

It was now the night of the show, the first show since the swap. We were going to rehearse one more time before the show tonight, so it wasn't like we would have only two band practices before the show.
Since we were parked in the parking lot outside of the stadium we were going to play at, Alex and I decided to take a walk and talk. I was glad that Alex was more chilled out today.

We walked out of the bus, and we started to talk about our situation.

"What are we gonna do?" I asked Alex, thinking he might have a good idea.

"I don't know. I guess we'll have to just.... try our best." He answered.

"I guess." I said back nervously.

I guess Alex noticed that I sounded pretty nervous, because he turned to me and said this:

"Look, you did amazing at practice yesterday. It will all be fine." He said to me with a reassuring smile,

      "You're probably right." I said.

"I know I'm right!" Alex said back jokingly.

I turned to him.

"Shut up!" I also said jokingly.

We both walked back onto the bus. Since we had nothing to do, we both sat down and watched Gentleman Broncos, a movie that we both enjoyed.

After the movie, Rian and Zack came in and started to talk to us, I guess they were bored too.

"Are you guys ready for the show." Rian sat down and asked us.

"Yeah." Alex and I said.

      I was lying though.

"That's good. Our last practice will be a few hours before the show, to get us prepared." Zack informed us.

"Alright." Alex said.

(Alex's POV)

Me and Jack decided to practice before the practice after Rian and Zack left again, if that makes sense. We got the extra instruments that were still on the bus, and we taught each other again.

I have to say, it was pretty hard being Jack. He has to learn and memorize A LOT of notes, and it must be even harder to learn all of the other songs we wrote. He also must stress out a lot, thinking he might mess up on all of those guitar notes during concerts. I guess Jack doesn't have it so easy.....

Anyways, we ended up doing way better this time practicing than the last time with the rest of the band, since we practiced a lot yesterday.

We decided to take a break, and chill out. Then, I had a terrifying thought.

      "Hey Jack?" I asked nervously.

      "Yeah?" He said back.

"How sure are you that you threw the stone outside of that restaurant?" I asked him.

"100 percent sure." Jack said back. "I threw it out a few minutes after we started driving."

"How if someone took it?" I asked, scared. "Like..... how if we are stuck like this?"

We never even thought about what to do if it was gone! How if we were trapped in each other's bodies for the rest of our lives?! I can't be Jack forever!

"Listen." Jack said to me. "We WILL be alright. In fact, we will look back on this one day, and we will have a good laugh. Okay?"

"Yeah, you're right." I said back, still worried.

"Stop worrying!" Jack yelled as a joke, playfully slapping me in the face.

"How dare?!" I yelled, playfully punching him in the arm.

We both had a play fight, slapping each other and what not. Then, Rian came in.

"It time for our last practice before the show guys!" Rian told us.

We both followed him and Zack into the stadium we were gonna play at. It was a few hours before the show, and I could already see people waiting outside.
We went through the backdoor, and we went to the stage and got our instruments.
We practiced all of our set list songs again, and me and Jack didn't have any problems, since we already practiced them all right before this practice.

When we were done, Jack walked up to me and pulled me behind the curtains. When we were behind the curtains,

I saw that Jack was crying.

"Jack, what's wrong buddy?" I asked him sympathetically.

"I can't do it! How if I mess up?! I'm not gonna be as good as you!" Jack was obviously panicking.

I grabbed both of his shoulders.

"Listen, I'm nervous too, but you were great! You can do it. I believe in you!" I told him, trying to make him feel better.

"But.. but I don't want to mess up. I don't want to ruin your reputation!" Jack said crying.

I gave him a hug, he apparently needed one.

"You aren't gonna ruin my reputation! You will be fine, okay?" I told him.

"Alright, I'll try my best." He said back to me.

"That's the spirit!" I said back happily.

Jack dried his tears, and we both got out from behind the curtain.

"It's time to go backstage!" Rian informed us.

We all went backstage, and the audience started to fill the seats.

It's time for the show!! 😊😊😊
