Prologue (PT3)

I feel a hand on my shoulder. Thinking it's Rei, I turn to smile at her, but she looks angrily at this boy in a trench coat looking at me in a weird way. "Hey, man, you okay? The way you showed up was confusing, but awesome! I'm getting negative vibes from you, can you tell me about it? Oh! By the way, I'm--"

"Why the hell are you near Otori?" Rei asks, both anger and confusion mixed in her voice. "Get away from him. He needs to deal with this serious situation--"

"I know it's serious! It's my job to dig into serious stuff! And also comfort celery hair over here! Hey, what's under that hat, dude? It's huge! Can I take it off-"

"DON'T TOUCH OTORI!" Rei held up a gun to the dude who was poking at me.

"Come on, it's just for one little thing- Oh hey, a gun! I have one too!" The guy pulled a gun out of his pocket. "See? We're all matching! GUN TRIO!!"

When the other students saw this, they backed away from the man. A girl with blue hair decided to speak up. "Nikei, why the hell do you have that-? You're not seriously gonna kill, are you?"

"Nope! It's to defend myself!" The man, who's name was apparently Nikei, put on a smirk and pointed toward Mikado. "Especially from people with creepy vibes, like him, aaand..!" He points toward the only man on the island who looks old. "Him!"

"Me? Why did I even get stuck here with you guys? All ya do is blame stuff on me cuz I'm 'older?' It's kinda pissin' me off! I want outta here.. all ya gotta do is kill for that, right?" He pulled out a knife, walked up toward Nikei, and straight up stabbed him.

"WHAT THE HELL!? WHY DID YOU STAB HIM!?" I yelled, worried for Nikei. I rushed over to him. "Hey, Rei, got any bandages?"

"Why would I not come prepared? Jeez.. Of course I have them!" She pulled out the bandages. "Here, wrap him up quick and get him to his room- if he even has one here. And HURRY. UP. We have to make sure no one gets hurt."

I took my hat off and gave it to Nikei, worried for him.

"I've got this." Rei took Nikei out of my arms and rushed to the nearest building to lay him down. At least now I know where to go after introducing myself to the others.. the ones I didn't know."

The blue haired girl who had spoke up to Nikei was named Setsuka. She helped me get introduced to the others. The buff red-haired dude Setsuka was standing near was named Shinji, who simply smiled at me. The silver-haired girl's name was Sora, apparently. She didn't show any sign of emotion. The pink haired girl I'd encountered before, Yoruko, greeted me with a bit of a bitter tone, however. The twins were named Hibiki and Kanade, Kanade being notably more timid than her sister. Speaking of timid, there was a really shy artist girl named Iroha. The pretty silly actress girl was Emma, and the silent girl with glasses was Kokoro. A dude with rainbow hair, Yuri apparently, was standing near the girls, clearly flustered. A blonde man with a ponytail shot glares at him, who's name was apparently Hajime. I'd already met Nikei, and the man who stabbed him was Syobai.

Now that I'd gotten introduced to everyone, I sprinted toward the building that Rei was in. I need to check on Nikei.
