Chapter 8

Ellie's POV.
Today is the day. Ugh(from what you've read you've probably realised that us girls say that a lot). I have thrown up 3 times! From what I heard so has poor Ava. The performance we are going to do at the club is 8:00pm tonight, we are taking the day off from school(with our parents and schools permission of course;) to rehearse and get ready for tonight. Ugh. The rest of girls will be here in a few minutes. Daniel(my mate) and the other boys couldn't be here because they were forced to go on this school field trip for boys to the mountains for training for 3 months. I am going to miss him. I don't even want to think about that. 'Knock knock' I opened the door to find three of my best friends Ce-Ce, Me-Me and Tay-Tay. "S'up guys, Ava is in the bathroom so we will see her when SnapBack's go out of style(Oh, me and the girls love SnapBacks.) Come in and I'll make a cup of tea(what? We're from England!) "Hey guys!" Ava greeted walking in.
"S'up Ava. Did you get a wink of sleep last night?" Asked Me-Me.
"I did at about quarter past 6 but that was only out of pure exhaustion. I am so nervous but being the best twin ever Ellie made me realise that we just need to give it our all." Aww that was sweet.
"Thanks Doll!"I said giving her a quick one armed hug because I had a cup of steaming hot tea in the other hand.
"You're right you two we just need to rehearse for a few hours and then give our voices a few hours rest, which will probably be a bit hard for Me-Me." Tay-Tay said teasing Me-Me.
"HEY your MEAN!" You will probably learn later on that Me-Me is the baby of our group and she is childish in a good way like it will make you smile when you are upset.
"Let's drink our tea and then go rehearse." I said.
"Should we rehearse in our basement this time because Mr Carter(Me-Me's dad) did the nightshift and as much as he said he is fine with us using his basement while he sleeps I think he needs to sleep." Ava said.
"We should use our own basement today."
*That night*
Me-Me's POV.
Here we are stood out side of Mr Harris's new club 'After Party' and I am really nervous because they are so many people(important people! Like OH MY GOD I just saw Jennifer Lawrence!) Here for the opening of the club! OK breath in, out, in, out, in-
"Hey Me-Me are you ok?" Ava asked. Before I had time to answer we were in front of the door man. "ID?" He asked.
"Oh we are the band performing for Mr Harris tonight." Ava told him.
"Oh you must be The Melody Girls! Come on through Mr Harris has left the VIP area just for you girls tonight to relax until it's your time to perform and he will meet you after the performance. And he also told me to tell you not to be nervous otherwise your performance will show your nerves and not your talent. But from what he has heard he has a lot of faith in you, now follow me the VIP area is through here." He said pointing to a back door. For the last half an hour we have been sitting here drinking water.
"Excuse me ladies it is now time for you to perform." Said a security guard with a badge that said 'John Werner Guard Group Nation Wide' around his neck.
All POV.
We nervously walked on stage but after we see some friends in the crowd who are urging us on we know what we have to do. We grab our instrument's and they we start singing Demi lovato's Heart Attack. And then something happens that shocks us, everybody is clapping! When the song ends everybody is on their feet chanting our names!! We are on the verge of fainting. Mr Harris walks on the stage and we see him face to face for the first time and then he yells into the microphone,
"I am going to make these girls stars!!!!!" And that ladies and gentlemen is when Amelia Theresa Anna Carter faints...
