i woke up and still no reply from nick. i decided to call him.no answer. ill try again after i get ready. i went in and had a shower and got dressed then got a text. i got excited and ran over to my phone. sadly it wasnt nick. addison saying her avani and charli are going to dunkin before school wondering if i wanted to come. i texted back saying yes and finished getting ready

i was still worried about nick so i decided to try call him again. still no answer. ill see him at school right? surely. i just have got to stop worrying. nicks strong he can fend for himself. right? ugh i dont know. i should just get on with my day and try look for him when i get to school. charli texted me saying they were outside so i grabbed mt bag and ran downstairs hopefully not needing to see anyone. i grabbed my keys and opened the door and closed it behind me only to turn around and see luis trying to talk to charli. charli spotted me and called out

i jogged over
zinna: luis please stop scaring my friends and go to school.

i opened the back door and sat in beside avani
zinna: sorry about that but hi guys
them: hi hi
avani: so any replies?
zinna: im guessing you already told them?

addison: we'll help look for him when we get to school
zinna: thanks guy just a bit worried
charli: dont be! nick will be ok

addison: hey on the bright side your going on your date tomorrow!

we talked only for a short bit as we we're already close. addison went through the drive thru and ordered for us
i got an ice coffee and a glazed donut.

just then madi called. addison had her phone linked up to her car so we could hear the call
addison: hey madi whats up

addison: yup right here its on speaker

madi: hey zeen me and kovour just arrived at school and nicks shouting some other boy and it looks like its about to get physical and he wont listen to us and i think he'll listen to you
zinna: fuck sake nick! madi try put him on the phone

addison had started driving slightly faster so we could get there fast
we heard madi yelling
madi: nick! NICK! ZINNA WANT TO TALK!
i heard him yell but i couldnt tell what he said
madi: hurry he said not right now
addison: we're just a block away
madi: hurry he's yelling more and more
zinna: ok madi try find the ryland and the boys and get them to help
madi: would have done that already but there hyping him up!
zinna: fuck them!ok madi we're gonna hang up we'll be there as soon as we can

we hadnt a clue who he was about to punch in the face but whoever it was we just had to hope we could break it up
addison swerved into the parking lot and i jumped out with the others followed behind we all started running. i turned the corner and saw nick on top of someone swinging arms. there was loads of just yelling of all sorts of words.

i started running over. when i called his name he turned to me
