"cover that!"
changbin called out a short 'got it' before squatting slightly, the firm ball hit his forearms. he sent the volleyball right back into the air, straight to the setter.
"nice receive!" a shout came from hyunjin before he pointed one finger to the net. the setter nodded curtly as he sent the ball behind him. hyunjin ran forward, launching himself off the ground, practically flying, has he readied for the toss. the moment it was just right, hyunjin swung at the ball. it flew straight past the opposite teams front blockers and hit the court.
the opposing team froze as they looked at the spot where the ball had hit. their captain caught hyunjin's gaze as he celebrated with the rest of his team. his team, the evergreen snakes, had taken the first two sets, declaring them as the winners. their emerald green uniforms now mocking the opponents.
"hyun! that spike was amazing!" changbin exclaimed as he threw his arms around the taller. hyunjin smiled down at him and ruffled his hair gently. the smaller gave him the prettiest smile before pulling him over to the rest of the team. their coach congratulated them and said a few words before sending them back to the net, to shake hands.
changbin stood directly across from the other teams libero, his hand outstretched. the boy forced a smile and grabbed changbin's hand. he pulled he closer to the net that separated them.
"you're going to eastern sea high after summer, right? just a heads up. you won't be making the libero position, it's mine. if you do manage it, i'll become the ace and i'll make your time on the team living hell." changbin stood there, shocked. the boys gave he an actual smile, his energy changing immediately.
"just wait for the roster to say lee felix. you won't miss it, i promise!"
felix' team turned and went back to their coach. changbin dry swallowed and shuffled towards his own team. his eyes met hyunjin's as he pulled his jersey off in the hall. suddenly, his jet black jersey felt too tight against his biceps and chest. hyunjin looked up with a flirtatious smile and nodded his head towards the restroom. changbin chewed on his lower lip before following the latter in.
hyunjin instantly pulled changbin into the biggest stall and pinned him against the door. a squeak escaped the smaller lip's as he slightly coward from the elder's presence. hyunjin leaned down, pressing a soft kiss on his lips before moving to his jaw and neck. the butterfly kisses turned to hickies and within five minutes changbin was a whining mess, the tent in his shorts obvious. hyunjin grabbed his through his clothes and leaned closer to his ear.
"tonight i get to show you how a real champion celebrates," nothing more than whisper. only audible for the two of them. hyunjin leaned back and admired his work before leaving the restroom. changbin stood there, still dazed from all the marking and the soft whisper and the way hyunjin has looked all sweaty and excited.
"god, i won't be able to walk for a few days after tonight," he mumbled to himself before exiting the restroom as well.
