The Elementors

Chapter 2

I woke up to the sound my alarm and slowly got out of bed and grabbed my phone. 9:16, well at least I had around 45 minutes to get ready.i went to my closet grabbing out a red and white flannel and a pair of dark blue jeans along with a bra. I set everything Down on the counter in my bathroom then turn on the shower to a slightly scolding temperature.

After my shower I got out and a dried off then got dressed then grabbed my phone and then realized I had a text from Leah.

~Texting~

L: So you got an outfit for the Elevent yet?

J: No, not yet actually that what I'm going to go do in about thirty minutes

L: oh well can I come my moms out of town and my car is being stupid so I need your help to go get a dress

J: of course I'll be at your house at ten then we can start looking around for dresses

L: alright see you then

I locked my phone then went into the bathroom to do something with my boring brown hair. I really need to do something to jazz it up after the Elevent. I simply brush through my hair then applied a little makeup. I didn't do much, just some eyeliner so my eyes could stand out a little more since I wore glasses. I started out my but stopped knowing I forgot something, oh yeah can't leave without shoes and my keys. I slipped on my black high top converse and grabbed my keys to my car.
"Jessie, it time to- oh your up well that's a surprise" my mom said as she handed me a plate with some bacon and eggs on it. I may hate my mom but her cooking is stupendous and that is something I will miss if Leah and I end up leaving and moving somewhere new.

After finishing breakfast I took my phone out of my pocket and texted Leah
J: on my way

L: alright see you soon
I started out the door when my mom and dad stopped me. "yes?" I asked wondering why they wouldn't let me go. My dad came forward and told me "I know that your going to get a dress for you Elevent so your mom and I wanted to give you this" my dad Handed me 500$ cash for me to buy the whole outfit and other odds and ends. I gasped and hugged them both "thank you, I would not have had a nice dress if it wasn't for you guys." I was telling the truth I only had 75 bucks left to my name from Christmas and that was not enough in this day in age. they smiled and left me to go pick up Leah at her house

I arrived at her house and honked so she would come outside cause I was to lazy to get up and knock on her door. She walked out wearing what she usually wore a batman shirt a pair of light blue Jeans hightop converse and her red jacket. "Hey" I said as she hopped in the front seat "hey" she responded obviously engulfed in her phone. I laughed a little then headed to the dress shop.
