Biel-tan Main Building.

Kirchies P.O.V

As we and my escorts were walking into what seemed to be the main building I sat and so did the Ambassadors. They looked at me and one of them said "So your name is Admiral Siegfried Kirchies. Is that correct?" I nodded and she continued "My name is Councilour Alisis, and he is Arleth." she said pointing to the person on her right. "You already met our Farseer Macha." I nodded I extended my hand and said: "It is a pleasure to meet you, this is a gesture for meeting, and greeting people." She shook my hand and so did her acquaintance.

"So may we get this meeting started?" said Councilour Arleth on a straight forward tone. I nodded in agreement and so did Councilour Alisis. I took in a deep breath and said, "I'm here on the behalf of Fleet Admiral Reinhard von Lohengramm of the First U.N.S.C Colony Fleet." They nodded and Arleth said, "Welcome to the Biel-tan we would have 'problems' with your race from time to time from our Universe. Not to offend you."

"None Taken. However, may I ask why your species are on this magnificent piece of engineering?" I asked out of curiosity. Arleth looked at him and said, "Sorry but that is a touchy subject Vice Admiral." I understood what he meant. I looked and said, "I understand that you had faced something similar to what we faced but worse." I felt sorry that they had to do such radical steps. "I do not mind explaining my people's history." They looked at me and I started.

Arleth's P.O.V

I was shocked by what he said he was not a normal human. I was already shocked that they were not from the Imperium but this was different. I looked at him and he spoke. "We were at a war that we call the Human-Covenant war the war lasted for 30 years. We did not start the war. This war was not of resources but for us, it was a war for survival and we were losing the war. The Covenant was a group of Alien species that followed a false religion." He looked at himself and sighed then continued.

"This Covenant believed that a technologically advanced race were gods. The leaders of the Covenant were called the prophets. To put it quickly the war was a lie when we told them that the Forerunners were not gods and the reason..." he looked at his guards and they left. "Before I continue can you tell your guards to leave because the information is highly classified. I have permission to tell you and your government about it." I nodded and so did Alisis. Our guards did leave. "There was a weapon that can remove all life within a 25,000 light-year radius and the Covenant wanted to make themselves gods, but it will only kill all of us."

I was shocked, to say the least, but why did they need it Alisis asked "Why did they need it?" He looked and said "The Flood."
