"Aubrey! Louis' here!" I heard my mum's voice and my eyes flew open. I looked over at my clock and saw that it was thirty-eight minutes past 7 o'clock. My eyes widened as I realised it was a Monday today.

"Shit," I cursed to myself, getting out of bed. I walked to my closet and picked out a rubbish outfit; skinny jeans, a plain grey jumper, and grey converse. As soon as I got dressed, I walked to my bathroom. I brushed my teeth and looked at the monstrosity of hair that sat on my head. I slowly pulled my hair elastic out of my hair, making sure my tender head didn't go through something too traumatic and brushed out my blond hair that was slowly getting longer. I didn't realise it would take a full year to grow back from where I got it cut. I learnt the hard way that I didn't look good with short hair. It overstayed its welcome, and I was so very thankful it was finally growing. My naturally wavy hair looked the best it had in a long while, and I was more than glad, considering I had no time to do anything to it. I started to apply some foundation when someone opened my door.

"Aubrey?" Louis asked and I stuck my head out of the bathroom. "I was scared you were still asleep."

"Nope," I told him, laughing to myself.

"How much longer are you going to be?" he asked me. I shrugged and finished with my foundation. I quickly applied some powder, smoothing out the foundation. I grabbed my mascara and finished my makeup after applying that. "I was so close to seeing no makeup faced Aubrey... should've come up earlier." I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek.

"Good morning," I told him and smiled.

"The same goes to you, beautiful," he told me and I felt my cheeks turn a light shade of red at his words. Louis Tomlinson had just the right effect on me. "Now, can we go? I come to get you early for a reason," he said and I rolled my eyes.

"Yes, I guess we can go," I told him, smiling. Before I could grab my book bag, he grabbed it for me and I rolled my eyes. I took my phone from its charger and turned my lights off as we left my room. We walked down the stairs, and as we did, I was handed a small paper bag.

"What's this?" I asked my dad and he smiled.

"Just a little breakfast made by your... dadarooni? Oh, never mind, I just made you breakfast," he told me and I laughed, lightly.

"Alright, thanks," I told him, giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"You two have a good day at school, okay?"

"Will do, Mr. M!" Louis exclaimed as we walked out the door.

"Bye!" I yelled. I closed the door behind me and tried to get my book bag from Louis, but his grip only got tighter. When we got to Louis' car, he opened my door, quite like a gentleman. He handed me my bag and closed my door once I got in. After closing my door, he walked over to his side and got in. Louis immediately started the car and I sat my bag down on the floor.

"We only have twenty minutes until school starts," Louis whined and I rolled my eyes.

"Louis, we have forty minutes." Louis looked down at his clock and smiled once he realised I was correct. It was 50 minutes passed 7 o'clock. He started driving and I looked down at my hands, feeling awkward.

"What's up?" he asked, noticing I was acting differently than I usually do.

"Uh, nothing, I just realised I really need to talk to Phoebe about something... and Walt," I announced and Louis sighed.

"And not me," Louis mumbled. "Why do you do that?" Louis asked, looking over at me.

"Do what?" I asked.

"Act like you have a billion secrets I couldn't possibly know about," Louis said and I sighed, now feeling bad for all the times I told him I needed to talk to Phoebe or Walt and it wasn't genuine. I never really needed to talk to anyone.
