Chapter 4

After being locked in a captivating trance for several minutes, my mind filled with fantasies of future with Ray. This morning looks special to me after the romantic session I had with Ray yesterday. First time in my life, I feel so happy but the thought of what the unknown person said still bothers me.................

"Babeeee, aren't you going to school today.........that was Cassendra.....I am"

"Then you better hurry up"

I and Cassendra got to school at exactly 8am, we parted ways cause we were not in the same class. I entered my class and went straight to my locker, I sat down and I brought out the letter Ray gave me, I read it again. Then I looked into my bag to take my phone and call Ray, I couldn't find it, prolly I have left it inside the car. I passed through the hallway, someone tapped me at my back, I looked back, it was the girl I saw with Ray at the Cafeteria the other day...............

" Who the hell are you" I yelled at her

She smiled....... "I am Katie Kendal"

I sneered....."What do you want from me?"

"Nothing I just wanna be friend with you and about that day, I was just kinda angry about some stuff, so I will  have to say sorry"

"Aarghhh,,really,wowww, you wanna be friend with me after showing up that Goddamn attitude, we aren't enemies before though or are we?"

I asked with a cold voice......"Anyways it's fine, I am Theresa Gold"

She made an attempt to have a handshake with me but I declined it ...........

"I understand" she said in a low tone.......

"If you need need anything from me, come to my class" I walked away.

Then boom, someone bumped into me, I  raised my eyebrow.............

"Hey Klutzy"

"Excuse me I'm not Klutzy, it was just a mistake"

The person said looking down........."I'm sorry"

The person walked away.........

"What the hell is this, hey aren't you gonna show your face"

I said in a loud voice but she was out of sight. I walked crazily to pick my phone inside the car, then I realised the letter Ray gave me isn't with me again, I searched around but I couldn't find it, why will I be that careless to loose such, I asked myself. I stood for a while trying to figure out how I misplaced it, or maybe the girl that bumped into me took the letter without me knowing. Something is definately not right.I wiggled.

After taking my phone,I went to Cassendra's class , I met her talking with her classmates. I walked up to her and pulled her out of the class.................

" Cassendra something is wrong" I said pacing

"Calm the hell down, why did you pull me out like that and what is wrong?"

" You can't tell me to calm down"I raised one of my eyebrow.........

"I pulled you out like that cause I know something is wrong, I forgot my phone in the car this morning and on my way to take it, do you remember that babe we saw with Ray at the Cafeteria the other day, that bitch I greeted that shunned me"
