Erin Pov

I laid in my bed. Why do I always get up so early? Nobody else is probably up. Why would they be? This is the last official day of summer.

My phone rang. It was my boyfriend Jamal. That still sounds weird. He asked me out in mid June. We were best friends before then. This man is my world.

"Wassup baby?" he said. He sounded sexy as hell.

"Hey love. What's up?"

"We need to go shopping one more time. Go ahead and get ready. I'll be over in a second." He was goneafter that,

I hopped in the shower and washed my hair. It was jut going to have to be curly. I dried off and brushed my teeth and washed my face. I slipped on a white underwear set and walked out, Jamal was sitting on my bed playing on his phone. When he looked up his breath caught. I smiled and walked over to kiss him. His hands tightened on my waist until I was sitting on top of him. He started kissing my neck.

"Jamal I need to get dressed..." I moaned.

He laughed and smacked my butt. I went in my closet and pulled out a red crop top and some khaki high waisted shorts. I put on my dirty Breds and put my hair in a big curly bun.

"You ready?" I asked while grabbing my phone.

"Yeah we just need to stop by Dre's first." My mouth turned up. I didn't like him. "Don't look like that."

I grabbed my keys and we left.

Andre was so annoying. He tries to change my sweet Jamal. He meant us no good.

I sat on my porch puffing a blunt. It was hot as hell out here. Jamal was suppose to be on his way. I saw him and Erin get in her truck.

Boy that Erin. She was so bad, but she had an attitude. I could tell she didn't like me. She thinks I'm trying to change Jamal. If that man wanted to cheat on her, he would. He'd be a dummy to do it. I don't like her though, I just think she fine. She doesn't have an ass. I cant get with her.

They pulled up and only Jamal got out.

"Wassup?" he said dapping me up.

"Shit. Where y'all headed?"

"The mall. You want to ride?"

"Yeah, but what about this drop tonight? How we gon' make this happen? It's in New York."

"Steven got us plane tickets. It's just me and you going."

"Damn only two of us? This better be an in and out mission." Jamal and I were drug dealers. We worked for our fathers and our fathers worked for a man named Steven. "Why Dot not going?"

"They said we don't need him. Come on, she's waiting."

I laughed silently. She was about to flip shit.

We walked to the car and Jamal got on the driver side. I opened the backseat door. Erin threw me a look.

"What's going on Jamal?" she asked annoyed.

"He wants to come." She scoffed.

"Hello to you to Erin."

"Andre." Jamal bust out laughing. I smacked his neck. "Don't hit him!" I was tempted to smack her, but then Jamal and I were really going to be fighting.

He pulled off and we were on our way. I looked ou the window and caught Erin looking at me.

NY 12:30 p.m.

My friends and I sat in the food court. We had just got done shopping. School was starting Monday. My boyfriend, Chaz, tightened his arms around my waist. He's been my baby since our freshmen year of school. I was in love. He was perfect.

"Trin you will just say something," Luke said. Trinity is my best friend. We've been rocking since sixth grade. I'd do anything for her. Sometimes she can come off as a jealous bitch, but that's my bitch. She's madly in love with her boyfriend Josh. They're so cute. There's also Luke, Chad, and Kelise. Kelise is barely around, but I don't mind. I don't really care for her. Her and her father had my boyfriend and Chad working for them.

He's a drug dealer, and he's working for one of the most dangerous man in New York. Everytime he had to go do something, I would worry. Chaz could die from this shit at any moment. He'd always sneak in my room to let me know he was safe.

We all went home and Chaz came home with me. He was going to stay until he goes to work.

"Chaz why can't you give this up?"

"It's good money Lisha."

"Illegal money." He laid me on th ebed and started kissing me. He pulled my shirt off and then his. My shorts were off and soon enough, he entered me. Making my back arch and moan like crazy, I was in heaven.

We laid in each others arms. "I don't want to lose you," I said sniffling.

"I'm not going anywhere. Don't cry." I wrapped my arms tighter around him. He rubbed my hair. Soon I was out like a light. I dreamed I was at Chaz's funeral.

10:00 p.m. NY

We were here. A car was here to take us to a house. When we got there, we got settled in and found everything we were looking for. The car took us to Rican's warehouse.

"Let's get this shit over with," Dre said. We prayed and got out the car.

We got the duffel bags and walked to the door. It opened and we walked in.

"Over here," a nigga called out. When we walked over I almost dropped my bag. This nigga looked just like Dre. I looked at him. He had a mean ass look on his face. "Got the bags?" he asked.

"The money?" I retorted.

"Bring it over Kelise!" A female walked over with two duffel bags on her shoulders. She was sexy as hell. She dropped the bags at our feet. Dre cleared his throat and she looked at him. They made eye contact for the longest, then she walked over to this guy and kissed him. Dre chuckled. "The drugs?"

"Check the money," I ordered. I put the bags of white on the table. He went through them.

"All good," the dude said. We gathered the bags and started to walk out. Dre stopped. He looked back at the dude with dreads.

"Tell Dad I said hey," the guy said.

"I bet you would want me to," he scoffed. The girl was staring at him. He mugged her and we walked out.

"Who was that Dre?" we got in the car.

"Chaz." I waited for more info. "My half-brother"

"The fuck?" We went back to the crib. I got in the bed and text E. I'd be back in Atlanta in the morning. Soon I was out. I get paid tomorrow!
