Quirk: Feather Fall
His quirk allows him to seemingly reduce weight of himself and or objects he is touching making it easier to propel himself and the objects into the air. He also gets ability to slow down fall of himself and any objects he is touching. Weight he can reduce is about three times his own weight and that is also maximal weight of objects he can make fall slower. He worked a lot on his quirk and body copabilites increasing limit of his quirk.
