It's hard to keep entire underworld under your control. Many try to only to be mercilessly defeated by stronger fish in the sea. Even with all the chaos, there is a clearly superior group above the rest. Night is dark in Birch street. It is really more like a small alleyway than a proper street which holds only few buildings in it. One of those looks much richer than the rest and inside, a meeting is happening.
