Welcome to new dorms. This is filler chapter where you can interact freely and spend time you have off training and events that are happening. You also get your own privacy as each student gets their own room. They aren't spacious but they will have to be enough. Some rooms have been split in two to give kids some privacy and some extra fooms have been turned into bedrooms.
It still looks pretty good though.
