Me: Emma, let’s make a bet. 20$ that he says no.
Em (Emma): You’re so on, Evelyn.
Me: Are you ready to open the portal and go?
She opened the portal and we went to Strange’s house.
SS (Stephen Strange): You’re late!
Em: That’s why we came to you, to teach us not to be late…
Emma answered ironically.
Me: Sure, we’re late, but I don’t see Wong here, and he’s one of the teachers.
SS: You’re her twin, I shouldn’t expect anything better.
Em: Will you introduce us to the Avengers?
SS: No, it’s too early. And they still have to deal with Ultron.
Me: You keep saying that since we got our powers at 16. And it’s been 5 years since then.
Emma handed me the 20$, Stephen was about to speak, when Wong arrived.
Em: Why were you late?
W (Wong): Like you don’t know… I had a meeting about you with Fury.
SS: You’ve got to be kidding me, Wong! –we were about to speak, but Stephen interrupted us- The training starts now!
After we were done with the training, we went back home. We were watching TV, when we heard noise from outside.
Em: It’s Ultron’s robots.
Me: We have to attack.
Em: But we don’t have uniforms.
Me: You’re wrong. I finished working on them today.

We got dressed and went outside. We noticed a couple of robots immobilizing some people.
Em: Hey! Pick on someone your own size.
My sister shouted and two robots came towards us. They caught us and scanned us. They didn’t let us leave and I shorted their circuits with my powers and my sister opened a portal to a black hole that sucked the robots. Then an entire army of robots showed up and started heading to our direction.
Me: I guess we made them mad.
Em: Let’s split up. I take the ground, you take the air.
Me: Okay.
I start flying, put electricity in my hands and punch the first robot in my way. I fell to the ground. And that’s how I started fighting. I hit some with punches, some with kicks, some I caught and threw on others or on the ground. While I was fighting, I was surrounded and my sister, opened a portal, I got in and ended up next to her.
Emma’s POV
After Evelyn started flying, many robots followed her. I had to deal with about 20 robots. I created orbs that when the robots touched them, they exploded. The ones that managed to get close; I threw them in a portal. Another one fell close to me. I looked up and it was my sister’s fault. Oh, she’s going to hear for this…
I opened a portal and brought her close to me. There were a lot of robots; I covered us with shields until my sister’s hands were filled with lightning. She threw the lightning and shorted all the robots’ circuits. After they stopped working, they started falling like rain on our heads.
Me: So, when you threw one next to me wasn’t enough, you wanted them to fall on our heads.
Ev (Evelyn): I was fighting, but I knew it wouldn’t fall on you.
I heard a motorcycle getting closer.
End of Emma’s POV
After I threw the lightning and my sister threw her sarcastic comment, I saw a figure flying. When it landed and came closer, I saw who it was. Then, I whispered to my sister.
Me: Are you seeing the same thing as I am?
Em: No, I am looking at something better.
T (Thor): Which one made the lightning?
Me: That was me!
CA (Captain America): Are you okay? Do you need help?
T: Do they look like they need help?
Me: Why are you here?
Em: Galaxy! And this is Miracle. Can we help you with something?
CA: Actually, yes. We need new members. If you want, you can come with us to the Avenger’s tower.
My sister opened a portal and we were on the tower’s balcony. We went inside and we heard Fury
NF (Nick Fury): Steve, Thor, why are you with Emma and Evelyn?
CA: Fury, identities!
Em: What he said!
IM (Iron Man): Who are they? And why is the motorcycle on my balcony?
Me: As Fury said, I am Evelyn Jonson or Miracle and this is my sister Emma or Galaxy. Your turn.
TS: Tony Stark or Iron Man.
NR: Natasha Romanoff, Black Widow.
CB: Clint Barton, Hawkeye.
BB: I am Bruce Banner and Hulk.
TS: Double personality.
PM: Pietro Maximoff, Quicksilver.
WM: Wanda, Pietro’s twin sister. Also known as Scarlet Witch.
V: Vision.
B: Bucky Barnes, Winter Soldier.
SW: Sam Wilson, Falcon.
RR: Rhodey Rhodes, War Machine.
MH: Maria Hill, agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
PC: Phil Coulson, also an agent.
Me: Thor, don’t you have an Earthly name?
T: Donald…
Me: Duck?

Em: It will go away.
Me: Thanks!
T: No, not Duck, but Blake.
SR: And I am Steve Rogers, Captain America.
He said and shook only Emma’s hand.
Em: It’s really nice to meet you. –she replied smiling.
Me: We got that.
TS: Now I like her even more.
Steve blushed.
NF: You can stay here. All Avengers do.
TS: You are official Avenger members, since you know our identities. I’ll just tell you some things you need to know. When we are out, we only speak of our code names. There must always be at least 2 Avengers in the tower, whether the others are on a mission or on personal time. Also, J.A.R.V.I.S. is always here for us. He is artificial intelligence. He also works as an alarm clock. He wakes us up every morning on 9. –he said annoyed.
NF: And what time is it convenient for you to start the day and the missions? Around cocktail o’clock?
Tony didn’t answer. Then Natasha spoke.
NR: At least I’ll have some help saving their butts now.
TS: Yeah, yeah… Now someone will escort you to your rooms.
T: I will escort Miss Evelyn.
Em: How old are you? 90?
SR: I am 90! I will escort you m… Emma.
We turned and started heading towards the hallway, when Tony stopped us.
