The perks of a man cub

Few years later

Years went by as the two man cub grew, Mowgli was living his life in the jungle being happy as he can be, as Y/n discovers more about survival and herself. Bagheera then spots Mowgli as says in his mind,

"Ten times the rains had come and gone. And I often stopped by to see how Mowgli the man cub was getting along. He was a favorite of all the young wolf cubs of the pack." Mowgli howls as two wolf appeared to great him as Mowgli was very happy.

"No man cub was ever happier. And yet, I knew that someday...he would have to go back to his own kind. Then one night, the wolf pack elders met at council rock...because Shere Khan the tiger...had returned to their part of the jungle. This meeting was to change the man cub's entire future."

The wolf pack starts their meeting as Shere Kan was already on his was over to their part of the jungle. As Shere Kan was walking he heard Y/n yawning as she follows him, "Y/n, lets get some rest ok."

Y/n didn't want to, "I'm not sleepy...." Shere Kan head towards her, "Now now Y/n you must get your rest, you still got a lot of training to do tomorrow as we head over to the other side of the jungle."

We get up on a tree as she then lays next to me and decided to sleep as he looked up at the night sky and think of how different it was of taking care of a man cub.

Few years back

Shere Kan sees that Y/n was struggling to climb a tall tree as he was finished getting food, "Having trouble?" She turns around, "A bit, but I want to learn how to climb like you." She then hops onto the tree but then fell, "Ouch!"

He chuckled, "Don't worry Y/n you'll get the hang of it, now remember to hold onto the tree to find yourself a good position to climb." She then tried again, "I got this!" She suddenly stopped and fell onto the floor, "Y/n!"

She was holding onto herself as she groans from pain, Shere Kan started to worry, "What happened!? Are you alright?" She got up, "Yea.....It's been like this for a while now...but it'll go away-"

She was cut off as we both looked down, there was blood running down. Y/n then starts to panic, "What's happening!? Am I dying!?" He calmed her down, "Easy Y/n, something must've happened to your body. Have you ever hurt yourself on the inside?"

"No....but it feels weird..." blood kept pouring out as Shere Kan quickly find something to fix her wound, he grabbed big leaf and handed it to her, "Here use this to stop the bleeding." She takes the leaf and tries to cover her wound, "It's not working...."

She then starts to cry, "I'm scared Shere Kan....What am I supposed to do....." Shere Kan was pasting back and forth trying to think, "I don't know Y/n, but it's best that you should run....."

"I don't understand....." the smell of the human blood filled his nose as he held in his hunger, "It's not safe right now.......I can't help myself.........run Y/n! Now!"

From then on Y/n has now started to avoid Shere Kan when the blood spills as it last for seven nights, she is unsure of why Shere Kan acts like this from the smell of her own blood.
