Prologue
Have you ever encountered a weird stuffs? Yung literal na weird talaga.
Like, superpowers...magics...and many more.
Sounds funny, right?
I know that you will never believe these kind of things, but I tell you, they are actually existing.
Maybe hindi dito, pero malay mo nasa ibang dapit lang pala. Yung iba nakamanman lang sayo. Yung iba naka-eye-to-eye mo. Habang yung iba ay kilala mo talaga.
You may know their name, but you don't know what's the 'thing' hidden in them. At sa tingin ko ay alam mo na kung ano ang ibig kong sabihin.
“Stop reading my mind, Anika.” wika ko sa katabi. Alam kong kanina nya pa binabasa ang nasa utak ko, I can sense it.
Ngumiti sya't umiling.
“Nagmo-monologue ka na naman.” she casually said.
I heaved a deep sigh saka tumingin sa orasan na nakasabit sa dingding malapit sa saradong bintana.
