Monday , my worst day in the week and it's even worse cuz everyone is staring at me immediately I walk in
I look through my books and finally find my chemistry notes and head straight for class
my friends are probably angry Because I've been ignoring them but I need to help myself so I can't talk to anyone to avoid saying mean things
I stay in my usual seat and pay attention to everything the teacher says
Then the teacher stops to answer his phone and I take down notes then he drops his phone and turns to face me
"Ms Ross ,pack your things and go to the principals office" he says and I nod my head and do as he says
"Hello Mr Collins"I say and he gestures to the chair in front of him and I take a seat
"I've heard about the incident at the dance" as he says those words I look down at my lap
"And I believe it isn't completely your fault but I know you are stressed out so I'm giving you some days off from school" I immediately look up at him
"Are you suspending me?" I ask and he shakes his head
"No but I don't want to hear of this again from you , is that understood" he says and I quickly nod my head
He dismisses me with a flick of his wrist and before I open the door he says
"And you have detention throughout the week " he just had to go there , I'll tell Ryan to help me with keeping josie company
I walk back to my car class anmd continue taking notes

I open the cafeteria doors and all eyes avert to me okay I'm going with the bleachers today
I turn around and walk back out ,I feel someone following me but I just ignore and sit on the bleachers and someone sits beside me
I don't plan on eating so I just fiddle with my fingers praying the person beside me goes away
"How are you doing" Luke says but I don't look up from my lap
"Are you hungry?" He asks
Silence
"What about David , has he called you"
Silence
"I kinda think you're ignoring me"
Well of course I am
"I'm just trying to to help you" he says and I give him a 'im not interested look'
"You know what , I'm done trying to help you I pray you drown deeply in your sorrow and die of depression"
He says getting angry and I just shrug my shoulders
Then he shakes his head and goes away from me
"Believe it or not Amy ,you mean a lot to me" Luke's voice from Saturday rings in my head and I scoff in disbelief
He said I meant a lot to him and he wants me to die of depression just when I thought he was a good friend
I think about many things till I hear the Bell and head to my next class

I walked into the detention room and sat at one of the front seats close to the walls and started tapping on the table
I remember when my life was prefect before Luke shoved me in the hallway what a strange way to meet
Then the door opens Luke walks in , I turn my head away so he won't notice me but he does and takes a seat beside me
