When the night falls
So does my smile along with it
The tears flow
Carrying a galaxy of stars in it
The cold air
nips at my skin
The freezing air makes me
stop thinking
Removing my bracelets
Wiping the make up
Listening to my favourite songs on blast
it's my last time
Leaving the letter that I wrote
With stained marks of tears
smudged handwriting
And the cries unheard
On the edge of the ledge of the rooftop
You really don't realize this , do you ?
How delicate this situation is
and just how quickly all of this can vanish
Tell my friends that I will miss them
Tell them that I will watch over them
Tell them that I will flow like the soft breeze of the morning air
Tell them that that I will be the stars in their night sky
Tell them that I love them
Tell them I am
sorry.
