Remember or Forget?

2 weeks later and still in a coma

Lucas

It's been two weeks and she's still in a coma. I didn't got a chance to tell how I feel, maybe I never will. Seeing her like this made my heart break. Where was the girl who was always happy, gullible and confident.

"Please, Riley. Wake up, wake up please" I said, I held on to her hand hoping that she'll wake up.

"I will give anything just for you to wake up, I haven't even told you how I feel. And now I never will" I lean in and kiss her forehead. I let go of her and when I was almost at the door.

She uttered "Lucas" I quickly called the nurses.

I was in a dark a place, I ran left to right. But there was nothing but black. I don't know how long I have been searching, I was lost.

I heard voices, voices from Dad, Mom, Auggie, Maya, Farkle and Lucas.

They were all saying the same thing, wake up. But there was one message I cannot let go that easily. Lucas.

I haven't told you how I feel, maybe I never will

I looked around, searching for the voices.

"Lucas!" I shout, "Lucas!"

Infront of me was a light. It shoned from above. The more I get closer, the more I forget. Who am I? Who is Lucas?

I walk in the light, I see white. I open my eyes completely and see unfamiliar faces. I was in a white room, I don't remember a thing.

"Who are you?"
