Writing is a great form of getting your feelings out there. You can do it anywhere as well! Grab your notebook, phone, computer, or loose paper, and express your emotions! If you do not feel like writing the way you feel try writing fiction! If your more into nonfiction write about your favorite topics! There is so much you can do with writing that the possibilities are endless!

3 ideas for writing:

1. Journal the way you feel to keep track of your emotional status and how you can improve it.

2. Write a letter to a fictional faraway friend, but you have to write it as if you are a princess/prince.

3. Research the history of your favorite food, and write an essay on it.
