Lightning's love (Laxus x reader)

I waited for Lexi to come back from her mission with team Natsu. There was a knock on the front door. I got up off the couch and answered it.

"Here is Lexi in one piece." Lucy smiled and Natsu pouted.

"Why can't she stay. It's boring without her." He whined.

"But I want to be with my Mommy." Lexi hugged me.

"What but why can't we go on one more mission. I want to destroy something." Natsu said.

"How about destroying your diet." Lexi said.

"What do you mean." Natsu shouted.

"You ate all the snacks my Mommy packed me." She snuggled in my arm

"You can take her on a small mission tomorrow." I picked up Lexi.

"Okie." Natsu was dragged away by Lucy.

I closed the door and sat Lexi on the couch. I smiled at her.

"Lexi, how would you like to be a big sister?" I asked.

"Mommy, you bought a baby. Where is it?" Lexi jumped on the couch.

"No the baby is in my stomach." I chuckled.

"My sibling is in your stomach. You better hurry up and come out." She said.

I laughed and sat her down.

"The baby has to grow in my stomach and then it comes out in 9 months." I explained.

"9 months! I can't wait that long." She slouched.

"Don't worry, we get to buy stuff for it and we'll get to see if it's a boy or girl." I smiled.

"Really." She smiled.

"In 2 more days, it's going to be daddy's birthday." I said.

"Can we go out and buy him a Present?" She jumped off the couch.

"Yeah." I smiled.

My lacrimal started ringing. I walked over to it and answered it.

"Is that daddy!" Lexi shouted.

"Yeah." I sat back down.

Lexi sat next to me.

"Hi girls." Laxus smiled.

"Hi. How's the mission?" Lexi asked.

"Good." He smiled.

"Laxus I have to tell you something." I smiled.

"What is it?"

"Mommy is having a baby." Lexi said.

"Your pregnant!" Laxus shouted.

"Yes."

"Yes there is going to be a mini Y/n walking around." Freed teased.

"Did someone say Rin?" Rin walked in.

"No uncle Rin. We are talking to daddy." Lexi smiled.

"Hi Laxus." He plopped down beside Lexi.

"Hi Rin. Did you hear the news?" Laxus smiled.

"No." He said.

"Y/n is pregnant." Freed said.

"Your what!" Rin jumped.

"I am." I smiled.

"I'm so happy." He hugged me.

"Uncle Rin. Your squishing me." Lexi said.

"Well I'ma let you go. It's late and someone needs to get ready for bed." Laxus smiled.

"Alright. Love you."me and Lexi said.

With that Laxus hung up. I picked up Lexi and walked to the kitchen.

"Before we go to bed, let's have some ice cream." I sat her on the counter. I pulled out sprinkles, wipe cream, and  bowls. Rin pulled out the ice cream. We made our own bowls, ate and Rin left.

"Let's take you a bath and get you ready for bed." I smiled and we both walked up stairs.

~next day~

I woke up and made breakfast. Lexi came running in the kitchen because she heard Thunder.

"Mommy I'm scared." She hugged my leg.

"Don't worry." I patted her head.

I took the plates to the table. We both sat and ate.

"Can we still get daddy a Present?" Lexi asked.

"Of course. And we can go pick out his cake." I smiled.

I grabbed the plates and washed them. Lexi went to get dressed. Once she finished I got dressed and we went out.

We spent 5 hours and now we are walking back home. Lexi had Laxus' Present and I had the cake.  Right when we were at the door, it started raining. We got inside the house.

"That was close." Lexi said.

I placed the cake on the counter and sat down.

"Mommy I'm hungry." Lexi sat down.

"Alright." I got up and walked to the kitchen.

There was a big boom and Lexi scream. She ran into the kitchen and hid her face in my stomach.

"Shh." I smirked.

There was another boom and she hugged me.
