E04 • THE LIMITS OF SEX

"I'll make it true then..."

"Huh?"

"... Can you be my boyfriend?"

Iyon ang salaysay ni Kenzo kay Farrah nang balikan niya muli ang mga mabubulaklak na salitang sinabi ng CEO.

"Sinabi niya 'yon sa'yo?!" Ang gulat na tanong ni Farrah. Bahagyang dismayado ito dahil nga sa nireject siya ni Chicago nang subukan niya itong bigyan ng motibo.

Ngunit si Kenzo na walang kaalam-alam sa nangyari sa pagitan nila Farrah at Chicago ay nagpatuloy sa pagkukuwento. "Oo. I don't know what to say! It's crazy right?" Tuluyang bumagsak sa pagkakahiga si Kenzo sa malabulak sa lambot niyang sofa.

"Edi anong naging tugon mo? Sinagot mo ba siya?" Naghihintay ng sagot si Farrah matapos niyang tanungin iyon. Nakatingin siya ng taimtim kay Kenzo na tila lumilipad sa ulap. "Looks like you did." Nakanguso niyang sabi sa sarili.

"I shouldn't."

Naalala ni Farrah ang tinutukoy ni Kenzo nang sabihin iyon. "Right. It won't be morally correct."

Napabuntong-hininga si Kenzo. "But I said yes."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ni Farrah na mas lumapit kay Kenzo. Tiningnan niya mula sa kaniyang ibaba ang mukha ng kaibigan. "What!!??"

Tumayo si Kenzo at sandaling natulala sa kawalan. "I have to." Ang malungkot niya na lang nasabi. "Not as his boyfriend though."

Farrah's face crunched in a confused manner- unsure of what Kenzo meant by that. She just gave him a weird look even though Kenzo's mind is flying somewhere.

On the other hand, Chicago feels like he is in cloud 9 when Kenzo agreed to his proposal. His mind can't focus right now. He has some works to do tonight but he acts like a foolish teenager.

"Oh fuck," he cursed chuckling to himself, "I'm not used to doing this. I'm so sorry." He apologized as soon as he got down from the gondola.

Kenzo couldn't move even a little. He was frozen as he look into Chicago's hazel eyes. Those eyes felt like he was being pulled in. It was burning as if filled with passion.

Chicago, on the other hand, was expecting. Standing from not too far, a little smile can be seen in his lips. The anticipation inside him is growing as seconds pass by. Will Kenzo answer him? Or will he be rejected?

Chicago raised both of his brows not waiting any longer for Kenzo's response

Until Kenzo nodded. Chicago kept his composure very well. Just smiling from where he is standing. And finally, at that moment, he felt like a piece of him was placed.

But unlike what he proposed as, Kenzo doesn't want him to be his boyfriend. At first, he wondered why. He has everything it takes to have this man fall in love with him but still it falls short. After all, it would be better if there'll be no strings attached or label- whatever you call it. He is engaged and will be married about a month FOR PETE'S SAKE. But still... he has a feeling in himself to own Kenzo... in any way possible.

"Mr. Chair?"

Pinanikipan ng dibdib si Chicago nang tawagin siya ng kaniyang asssistant, si Yves, sa kalagitnaan ng meeting nito. Dahil secretary si Yves ng CEO, obligado siya siyempre na magsulat ng pinag-mi-meetingan ng mga officials.

"Where are we now?" Ang lutang na tanong ni Chicago. Sinubukan pa nitong intindihan ang mga graphs sa powerpoint.

"Let me repeat the explanation then, Mr. Chair."
