Sick. Everybody has been sick at one point or another. Whether you were sick of people or you were in bed having a fever above 38.0 C. People are always sick, sick of other people lying to them or sick of lying themselves. Sick of the raging headache that won't go away even though they took the prescribed drug. Sick of the unwanted eyes that seem to follow them, envying their so-called 'dream life'. But most people don't realize they're sick. Even the person themselves might not know they're sick. 'People are their hardest judge' is often a quote people use, but boy are they right. They are always watching, judging, criticizing themselves. Never knowing the people that are jealous of the life they know nothing about. Not knowing their sick, without diagnosis. A drug might help dull you into being "normal" but only you can help yourself recover. To make the everlasting fever go down. Don't get this wrong, you need people, you can't heal alone. Friends, family, people who you can trust. Or maybe not even that, maybe they just need a random person to hear. Hear their hurt, listen, and help with whatever that person could do. Some people never get better, and some people were barely sick. But if you are sick, get better.
