PART - 20

After 15 days

ALIA'S P.O.V.

I woke up in the morning. Things don't seem to be same now. Morning that use to give me whole positive vibes now looks dull. Sun that would fill me with enthusiasm now tortures me.
Everything feels boring and and even my works doesn't make me happy.

After I got ready for an ad shoot. I had to leave in half an hour.
I went to hall and saw kiara and tara watching news.
News reporter said, " now some Bollywood news. Varun dhawan getting married to Natasha this month. This is what sources close to them states. "

No shock after listening this. This is the news going on everywhere from last 10 days. So now you know the reason behind my sadness.
The person I loved the most doesn't love me. He loves someone else and I being dumb always thought that he loves me.
I was wrong. Completely wrong.
He didn't even consider me his friend. He didn't tell anything about this to me.

For a week he kept ignoring me.

FLASHBACK

I decided to call Varun one last time as I had already called him about 100 times from last one week. I called him and he again didn't answer.
I kept my phone in frustration and suddenly it started ringing. It was Varun.

ALIA - Varun are you mad!! What is wrong with you. You have been ignoring my calls and messages from last 7 days. Are you fine? Something happened to you? What happened? Why don't you speak!

VARUN - Alia nothing happened. I'm sorry but I wasn't well. I didn't answer anyone's calls or messages.

ALIA - Seriously Varun!! Your reason doesn't satisfy my question.

VARUN - I'm sorry alia. I'm saying naa I wasn't well.

ALIA - Fine leave it. How are you now?

VARUN - Much better

There was awkward silence between us for more than 10 mins. No one said anything. I don't know why but I wanted to cry. I had feelings that nothing is right.

ALIA - Varun! Do you want to say something?

VARUN - Umm no!

ALIA - Ok bye. Take care.

VARUN - Alia listen

ALIA - Yeah say!

VARUN - Alia I'm getting married.

ALIA - whatt!! Don't joke varun. Tell me its a joke.

VARUN - No alia its not a joke. I would be getting married this month.

ALIA - To whom?

VARUN - Natasha!

Alia - But you didn't love her Vee!!How can you get married to her !!!What happened suddenly? ?

VARUN - I don't know alia. But I'm getting married. Don't ask why! Bye.

He cut call. There was silence all over me. I was broken into million pieces. How can he do that.

I know something is wrong. He can't do that to me.

END OF FLASHBACK

That was literally last time I spoke to him. Now its been 10 days. I haven't talked to anyone actually. I would hust go for work come back and go to my room. I didn't interact with anyone.

I have seen many pics of Varun spotted outside Natasha's house. Now I know he's never going to be mine. He'll marry her. She will be the luckiest girl. Now I need to forget him FOREVER.
Its easy to say but my heart doesn't agree with me.

VARUN'S P.O.V.

I'm going to do something that is my worst nightmare. I'm getting married to Natasha in the condition where my heart my mind my soul can only think of alia. How can I marry someone when I'm already deeply and madly in love with her.
But because of my love I can't put 2 lives in danger.

FLASHBACK

I entered natasha's house. There were paps and now I know that alia will come to know that I lied to her!! Well I'll apologise to her , I know she'll understand.

"Come in Varun. Would you like to have something? ", natasha's mother asked.

"No,I'm good. Can you call uncle so that he can talk."

"No need I'm here", uncle said entering hall.

"How are you Varun? I'm sure you're good. So without wasting time let's get to the point.",he said without caring for my reply.

"I want you to marry Natasha. "

"What?", may be I heard something wrong! What is he saying.

"Yeah Varun you heard me right. I want you to marry Natasha." He said.

I was in shock. What the hell just happened?why is he doing this.

"Why do you think I'm going to listen you?", I said bravely though i was scared.

"Listen Varun. Natasha is suffering from stage 3 cancer. She doesn't have much time to live. It is her last wish to get married to you. She loves you alot. And at this point I'm definitely going to fulfil her wish no matter what I've to do.", he explained.

All this was very sudden. I couldn't understand anything at the moment.

"Did Natasha asked you to do this?"

"No Varun she didn't. But I'm her father and I can see love for you in her eyes. Varun you better agree with me or you haveno idea what I can do. " he warned me.

"Uncle I'm sorry for what Natasha is going through but I can't marry her. We had breakup and It was our wish. I didn't force her. We both wanted to end up."

"Varun I am very well known to reason for your breakup. And if that reason again comes in between in my daughter's marriage I'm not going to leave that reason. You know what I'm talking about." Now his words were scaring me more. He was talking about Alia. I'm sure.

"No matter what! I'll not marry natasha", I didn't think before saying. My heart automatically said those words.

"Varun take sometime. Think about it. I'm not asking for your decision because that is already clear that you'll marry Natasha. Just make yourself ready for it. And you know what I can do to alia if you don't agree. May be you'll never see her again." He said.

Without replying I left the place.
