Exactly 5 days later, when I've definitely got better and didn't sound like a drunk retard, was when some shit went down for all of us.

"Bitch I wasn't drunk!"

"Yeah I don't believe you"

"Well you have to! I'm not like this when I'm sick!"

"So you mean to tell me you're only like this with me?" He looked at me straight in the eye.

I gulped, in silence on how to answer that. It took me a while, but finally made up my mind on telling him.

"Well–"

"Ah! you hear that! Mrs. Kim wants me to vacuum the ceiling! Well sorry, I gotta go, haha!" He awkwardly said, running to his room and slamming the door. I sighed with such a frown on my face.

"hoseok-ah, I need comfort" I whined to the boy sitting on the couch, watching TV.

"I don't know what you're trying to get out of having such conversations with him, but yeah, you messed up again" he replied nonchalantly, eyes still glued to the TV.

"Yeah thanks for cheering me up, seok!"I sarcastically exclaimed.

"No problemo honey!" He smiled with his eyes at me, having the same sarcastic tone as me.

At that moment, the house door swung open, surprising me and the brunette. It revealed appa, who was extremely cheerful and had a wide grin on his face.

"What's up?" I asked with a small smile.

"The dept is gone!" He exclaimed, gaining the attention of everyone in the house. I smiled so big, it was like a miracle.

"w-what?"

"The. dept. is. GONE!!!" He exclaimed again, can't contain his happiness.

"WHAT H–?"

"No need to question anything 'cause guess what? I'm inviting all of you to the lantern festival today as a celebration!!" We all cheered and jumped around, except for the prince who smiled so big and clapped along.

"Get ready and be at the doorstep in 5 minutes, including even the silver and brunette." They all cheered on and went to any available room to change in, while hoseok and jimin just fixed their hair and put their shoes on, ready as ever.

I was the first to get ready, so I waited on the sofa. Not a minute later, yoongi came and sat beside me.

"So uh.."  he stretched his arms above his head as he spoke.

"..What's that lantern festival thing anyways?" He asked innocently. My jaw dropped in disbelief.

"w-wait, you never watched movies like tangled? " I asked him. He tilted his head, confused.

"And what does that have to do with my question?" He asked, getting confused.

"Nevermind that, the thing is, you really live under a rock don't you?" I asked mockingly. He gave me a stern look, which meant I had to explain, not mock him.

"well, the lantern festival is basically an annual festival where the entire daegu throws lanterns into the sky. Can't really remember the reason but.. it's good to have something to smile about, don't you think?" I smiled a little at the memories of millions of lights in the sky.
