~3 weeks later~

~Tom Riddle POV~

I woke up to the sun high in the sky, I checked the time and realized it was 11. I stretched out my arms until I felt a sharp pain on the side of my neck. Harry's vampire bite showed no sign of healing quickly. I sat up in bed and looked over at Harry who was curled up into a ball with the blanket revealing his torso. I get out of bed and cover harry with the blanket, I get my clothes from the closet and enter the bathroom. I stand in front of the mirror and look at the blue and purple marks on my neck. I touch my neck, but, instead of pain, it sent a pleasurable feeling down the body. I didn't realize I had accidentally let out a moan. I quickly cover my mouth with my hand and enter the shower.

I come out of the bathroom to see Harry gone with a note on the bed, it read:

Hey honey, I've gone to Gringotts, will be back in an hour. Please be ready as we have to go somewhere.

~Harry Potter POV~

I opened my vault and entered it, I saw it. 2 diamond rings shining brightly. I picked them up and examined them, family wedding rings that Tom and I will wear. I couldn't wait for the moment when I asked him the question. I took a bit of money for the ticket and exited the vault. The goblin took me back to the entrance of the bank and I exit the Alley. I walk to a pet shop and see a white Pomeranian fluffy puppy, its eyes twinkling at me. I instantly but it and take it back home with me. I hide the dog behind me as I walk into the house and tell Draco and Pansy to be quiet as they got excited at the sight of the dog.

"Hey Tom, come down" I yelled

He came down instantly, a bit confused

"Pick a random name," I told him

"... Alex?" He answered

"I guess that's what our pets name will be" I excitedly yelled as I set the puppy on the ground

The puppy quickly ran up to Tom followed by Draco and Pansy, they excitedly began playing with, exchanging it in their arms like it was a newborn baby. I gestured Tom to follow me which he obediently did. We went upstairs and into the lounge room. I told Tom to turn around and close his eyes.

"Open them now" I ordered

I knelt on one knee as I held up the diamond ring.

"Will you marry me?"

His eyes teared up, and he held out his ring finger. I slide the ring onto his finger, and he does the same. I felt my heart fluttering as he admired the ring and looked at me with his adorable eyes. I cup his cheek and lock my lips with his. He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls my body closer to his.

"I love you"

I know this chapter was really short but I'm prioritising Empire of Eternals because it has a lot more potential and plot. Check it out and if everything goes well I'll start writing a book 2. Have fun and stay safe, don't forget to sanitise and wear your masks.
