A/N: This part is Matthew's and Nathalie's POV while the whole commotion is happening, I hope you enjoy the story so far!! Please leave a comment about anything!!❤️ Nathalie's POV I can hear them yell at each other. I can tell that she wants something from me. But what? I mean I'm nothing special anyway. She left me alone at a random family's doorstep! And now she comes barging in on my birthday to say that she's my mother?! And she wants to take me away from my family. I don't think so. I'm not going to allow myself to be taken away by this woman. "I want to escape," I tell Matt. He looks at me "well maybe we could go to Cory and Topanga's place for a while." he suggested. I was deciding on what to do when a knock on my door interrupted my thoughts, Matt stands up from his place and went to open the door when he opened the door Josh was standing outside. "is she still here?" I ask him shakes his head no "what does she want?" I ask "She wants to take you away." he says "What she can't do that!" I exclaim "she's trying to take you in with her family," Josh tells me I feel like crying. Then Josh walked out of the room and I hear Josh yelling. "I want to go out," I tell Matt he nods we climb out of the window and leave. I text Maya that I'm out with Matthew. We went to Central Park and then we just went around the city. And just hang around. I finally feel calm and happy on my birthday we sat down. On the bench and eat some ice cream "I feel better." I tell him. "Good, but I think we should go home. So we could celebrate with your family." he tells me "not just yet, please." I tell him he nods we continue to eat in peace and I lay my head in his chest "thank you." I say "for what?" he asks "this. This is what I really need right now, and you understand me." I tell him "You're welcome, I love seeing you happy." He replies "I love you." I tell him and kiss his lips when he kissed back my phone started to ring. We pull apart and look at my phone and it was Maya who was calling me. "Hey, Nat I was just wondering when are you going to get here? Your parents are worried. And they said they want to talk to you about something." "Yeah, We'll be home in a few can you tell mom and dad I'm sorry? I feel guilty about leaving." "Nat, it's not your fault that you left. I understand you needed space. Heck, I would need space if my dad just did that all of a sudden." "It just sucks you know? She leaves me to be alone then she just shows up and expects me to go be part of her "picture-perfect family" I don't want that. I want to be a Matthews and be with the Matthews with you and your friends and Matt, I love you all. and even if she asks me to leave with her I'll say no." "Well we love you too, and we wouldn't want you to leave either." "Well, we'll get going then. bye, Maya and thanks for cheering me up!" and then our phone call ended "We should go." I tell Matt and he nods and we walk our way to the subway to go home hand in hand. *Skip Ride Home* Matthew's POV We made our way back to her apartment and when we entered everything was a set up for a movie night. Nathalie gasps in surprise and says "A PAJAMA PARTY?!" I smile at how happy my girlfriend is. She's so amazing and kind I'm really happy to call her my girlfriend. "Well, you two get changed so we can get this party started!" Amy exclaims while she gives us our Pajamas. I say thank you and went into the bathroom while Nat was in her own bathroom. I quickly change out of my clothes and into the Stitch onesie. When I step out I see Nat waiting for me in her Angela (girl stitch) onesie it was so cute!!! "You look adorable." I tell her "same to you," she says and hugs me we took a picture and posted it on Instagram.

matthewespinosa: Happy 18th Bubbs, though somethings happened unexpectedly, I hope you enjoy your day, I live you so much❤️ nat.nat.matt: awwww thank you babeeee!!! I love you too🥰😘 We sat down the living room and Nathalie's mom set the cake down in the coffee table we all sang happy birthday to her and she blew out the candles in her cake and I see her smile she was really happy. I'm so happy that she enjoyed this day even tho her "mom" came here oh so suddenly. We continue our night with movies and food, we enjoy the night and fell asleep in the living room. But I see Nat having trouble sleeping. "Hey" I whisper since everyone was asleep "Hey back," she says "Can't sleep?" I ask "Yeah, " she replies "come here," I say and she does and I wrap my arms around her and cuddle with her, she rests her head on my chest and we both fall asleep.
