〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜

a while later, It's the first day of highschool! yuhhh get pumpeddd!!

At 6:45 am, your clock started beeping, but you were already awake and dressed- you barely slept the night before, I mean, who wouldn't be excited for the next huge step in life-

You would finally start your proper training as a hero, and finally be able to have classmates your age! And maybe- just maybe- actually make friends!

You ran downstairs and saw a large, puffy, yellow caterpillar sitting upright in a chair. Any normal person would have screamed and called the police, but you weren't normal. You were a teenage girl who had been raised by various heroes, and had trained to become one all your life. Yeah- definitely  not normal.

"Morning Dad! I- uhhhh- dad...?" You hadn't even realized that Shouta Aizawa, one of your adoptive parents, was snoring, despite the fact that he was sitting up. You sighed, shaking your head- he always pushes himself so hard- going out on late night patrols and having to be awake early in the morning to teach. You nudged his shoulder gently, and he slowly opened his eyes.

"Oh... Morning kid... You excited for school?" He smiled softly- he loved his daughter beyond words, and was so proud that she had gotten into the hero course, and based on his observations, with very much ease.

"Yeah! I can't wait to see everyone again! And I'll actually have classmates! But dad, I think you should stay home and rest- you look so tired and need sleep! I told you to stop pushing yourself so hard!" despite your giddiness, you still worried so much for your father- you wouldn't be here without him otherwise.

"I'll be ok, it's my job anyways. And what kind of role model would I be if I was slacking off, hmm?" You pouted, but still gave him a hug before you sat down and started to eat your breakfast. It wasn't very well known, but Aizawa was actually a very fine cook, and could create spectacular meals from various cuisines. This morning, he had prepared a hearty western breakfast consisting of pancakes, eggs, and maple bacon. Your eyes were practically sparkling as you tasted everything- it was just so good!

"So, dad, how many people are there going to be in the class?"

"21 students, I think- it would have been 20, but the teachers all thought that all your classmates deserved to be a part of your class- based on what the other teachers observed and read in their files at least... there was this one girl though- she's invisible, so we can't prove that she didn't get enough points to pass..."

"Oh, thas sho cool! When are we heading out? Eesh pancakesh are shooo good by the way!" You were stuffing your face with your breakfast at this point- the sweet salty smokiness of the maple bacon pair with the soft fluffy pancakes were just immaculate. The tired caterpillar shook his head, smiling at his daughter, her face covered in crumbs and syrup.

"Hey! Wipe your mouth, there are crumbs everywhere! And we leave at 7:20- so like in 20 minutes." You gave him a quick thumbs up before shoveling the rest of your food into your mouth and chugging down a glass of orange juice. You then jumped up from your seat and ran to the bathroom to brush your teeth and fix yourself before you had to leave.

a few moments later

"Okkk dad! I'm ready to go!!"

"You're sure you have everything? I'm not coming back here until the end of the school day-"

"Yeppp! I double-triple-quadruple checked already!"

"And you sent in your hero costume forms already?"

"Already did that 3 weeks ago, dad! Can we pleaseee go now?"

"...fine..." He was thinking of teasing you, but the puppy eyes you were giving him stopped him from even continuing to think about messing with you. Despite the fact that you were practically an angel, you could convince almost anyone to do as you asked with your precious puppy eyes. Like seriously- the heroes even took you to a quirk specialist because they thought you had two quirks- turns out you were just really convincing...

Soon you were sitting shotgun, and Aizawa drove through the streets of Musutafu, which was always pretty quiet in the mornings, but as many schools were re-opening, it was filled with students and parents waiting at bus stops or who were rushing through the somewhat crowded streets.

"Hey, Y/n?"

"Yeah?"

"It's fine if other students find out about me and the other teachers relationship with you, but try to keep a low profile, ok? I know you can handle yourself very well, but it makes you a target if ever there's a bad situation."

"Sure thing! I'm more worried about Auntie Nemuri and Uncle Ashi- I don't think they have very much self control  when it comes to them not calling me pet names... Auntie always calls me 'sugarplum' and I don't think I've ever heard her call me by my name unless she was scolding me, and same with Uncle Ashi, except he calls me his 'chickadee'..." You both laughed a little, thinking about how silly they were.

"I've already had a talk with everyone- and they're going to at least try to keep a low profile- knowing them though, I doubt that'll happen..." You continued to joke and giggle about  the other teachers and pros for the next few minutes, until you pulled up to the staff garage at the back of the main school building (idk what they call it).

"Oh shoot- I almost forgot- I left some things in the staff room, so could you go ahead to the classroom? It'll give you some time to meet with the other students and-"

"SHOUTAAAAAA- AND Y/NNN!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE STARTING SCHOOL ALREADYYYY!! MY LITTLE CHICKADEE IS SO GROWN UP!" Before Aizawa could continue, a face with sunglasses and tall? Yellow hair peered in through the window, frantically tapping at the glass. Aizawa completely ignored it, staring straight ahead.

"So anyways, I gotta go. I'll see you in a few, ok? The seating arrangement is at the front of the room, so you can just sit at your desk if you want..." You nodded and grabbed your f/c backpack, exiting the car as you waved goodbye. You stealthily hurried into the building so you could avoid Uncle Ashi's screaming- as much as you loved him, it was still pretty early, and you were already starting to get a mild headache from not sleeping much the previous night.

You could still hear the muffled screaming of Mic, confused as to where you had disappeared to, but you were already too far away to hear exactly what he was saying. As you slowed to a comfortable walk, you navigated through the large hallways, clutching the straps of your backpack.

Soon, you finally came across it- the door that you had passed by so many times in the past, and even though you had gone in on various occasions before, it loomed in front of you like the gateway to a new chapter in the great big book of your life. Behind the door, you could hear soft shouts of an angry male, and another male seemed to scold him- strange- it wasn't Aizawa's or any other teacher's voice you heard before...

Taking one last deep breath, you gently twisted the knob and stepped through the big door of class 1 a.
