Chapter 9: Crash.

Hinata's POV-

Everything is black...I can't see, all l can hear is a ambulance and a voice yelling out to me...

"-Ou! I'm his boyfriend, let me get on with him!" Kenma..?

"Then who's that girl, huh?"

"His sister damnit! And I don't want her alone in a damn ambulance full of men I don't even know!" He's never been the yelling type... why was he yelling?...

I tried to love but I felt restraints on me. I struggled and struggled but nothing.

"He's waking up! He's moving, but not opening his eyes"

My eyes are closed?... but, I feel like their open...

I'm confused, what's going on?....

"Your in an ambulance, you've been hit by a car, we already arrested them. They were planning on it. We were told by a boy who claimed to be your boyfriend"

Boyfriend?....Kenma...Kenma... where's Kenma?! Is he not here?! Where's natsu?... where are my parents?

"Sir, I need you to breathe, your hyperventilating and thats not good for your current state,"

What?...What?... I don't undertand, I need Kenma here now, I need to know he and natsu are safe...

I felt movement around me, I didn't know what was going on since I couldn't open my eyes. I'm not understanding any of this. I was hit by a car?...

I soon lost conscious.

-3rd person POV-

Many doctors started moving out the way as soon as they started moving in a new patient, Called Hinata shouyou.

Who would've thought that the ball of sunshine, who has done nothing wrong, gotten on somebody's bad side?

All the doctors started hooking him up to machines and oxygen machine to help him steady his breathing, (fun fact: I went to the hospital at the beginning of coronavirus because I had strep and a flu-)

After a few minutes, they allowed Kenma and natsu to visit Hinata. "Okay, if anything starts beeping because call the nurse here, he's not in good condition" The doctor said as he walked out.

"Kenma, after we leave, don't we have school?" Natsu asked tugging on his sleeve, "Crap! The volleyball club! Natsu im sorry but we have to leave, I can't leave you by yourself" Kenma said, natsu nodded as they ran out the of the building.

"Hey where's Kenma and Hinata? Weren't they supposed to be here a few hours ago?" Yaku asked crossing his arms. Lev was about to respond before Kenma burst through the gym door and ran towards them. Yaku was the first to speak, "where's Hinata? I know he wouldn't miss volleyball for nothing." Yaku said, he noticed a sad glint in his eye at the mention of Hinata's name. "Well...you see, it's complicated.." Kenma muttered. Yaku nodded, "luckily we only have a practice and not an actual game, and we are facing karasuno." Yaku said walking away from the group to talk to kuroo.

Kenma sweat dropped, if they don't see Hinata here, they'll get suspicious....

-Timeskip to Practice match-

The only thing heard through the whole gym was the sound, of shoes squeaking and volleyball's smacking the ground with such a force.

But Karasuno, specifically Karasuno's number 2 and 9.

Coach Ukai called a timeout once he noticed that two of the Team member's has lost focus.

"What's going on with you two?" He asked crossing his arms. "Don't you think it's odd? Hinata isn't over there, and I know Hinata, would never pass up a chance for volleyball." Kageyama said, "your right it's odd. But do you know what's more odd?" Ukai asked, Kageyama shook his head.

"You actually caring about him, we all care about him, but you never seemed to it, which we obviously got used to but this, is not what we are used too, and use this to your advantage and take this set." Ukai said.

"Hai!" Everyone spoke in unison.

Ukai smiled as they head back to the court, more concreted than ever but nekoma was planning on winning no matter what.

-Timeskip to the end of the game-

Kageyama and Sugawara walked over to Kenma, knowing he is close to Hinata. "Hey Kenma, we have a question!" Yelled Suga, Kenma tensed but slowly turned around. "Yea?..."he asked softly, playing on his phone.

"So, I was wondering where Hinata was, He wasn't at the practice match and he usually is seen with you but he isn't here, do you know where he is?" Asked Sugawara. Kenma muttered something under his breathe.

"Sorry, I didn't quite catch that..."

"-Tal..."

"Can you speak up." Kageyama asked, getting annoyed.

"He's at the hospital...he got hit by a gu- Drunk driver... don't tell anyone, I don't wanna stress out Hinata," Kenma sighed before continuing, "he also apparently is not in a good state to see people in, which is why me and his sister only saw him for a maximum of 3 minutes. " Kenma explained. "If you excuse me, I have to go and pick up someone from daycare..." He said as he picked up his bag and left, leaving the two shocked at the information.

"I'm gonna go visit." Kageyama said, while changing his shirt. "That's a bad idea Kageyama, you always tend to get a bit touchy with Hinata and angry with him. It's not a good idea." Sugawara said sternly as he picked up his volleyball shoes and put it in his bag.

Kageyama frowned, "I'm worried about him, he suddenly got hit by a car after moving to Tokyo?! He either has bad luck or someone planned on trying to kill Hinata! Someone needs to be there with him and if he won't be there, then I will!" Kageyama said throwing his bag over his shoulder and stormed out. Sugawara sighed, "if he gets in worse condition, at least I'll know who caused it..."

I wish I could stop him though...but he's just stubborn...

Kageyama walked through the automatic doors and asked for the room number that Hinata was in.

"Room —-, I advise you to be careful, apparently he's not exactly mentally stable..."

Kageyama shrugged and went to the room.

"Im sorry but he can't see anyone, he's not doing well" Said a nurse who just got out. "Seriously? He needs company." Kageyama said, the nurse sighed "I'm sorry, I would love to let you in but rules are rules" she said closing his door and leading Kageyama back to the front door. "You can visit him tomorrow! " she said waving.

She snickered as he turned his back. Dumb children. They believe everything you say.

-Hinata's POV-

Where am i? Why is it pitch black? Am I still alive?...

I'm feeling a needle in my arm, injecting me with some sort of liquid that made me feel off...

All of sudden I opened my eyes, only to be met with a blinding light.

"Where am i.." I mumbled to myself. I started having trouble breathing, my vision blurred, I couldn't move, I couldn't even blink. Everything stopped
